The CDC report summary on initial Omicron cases ignores the reality found buried in their own report. Contradictory information the CDC does not want the public to know!
Here is CDC own report summary: “During December 1–8, 2021, 22 U.S. states reported at least one COVID-19 case attributed to the Omicron variant. Among 43 cases with initial follow-up, one hospitalization and no deaths were reported.”
Here is what was in report: Out of the initial 43 Omicron cases CDC followed, 34 people (79%) had been fully vaccinated with 14 even having had their booster shots. There were no deaths and the only person hospitalized was fully vaccinated.

In this lecture I talk about our ongoing analysis of the latest data published by the Office for Nat Statistics on mortality by vaccine status. The reason this data is incredibly important is because it potentially provides us with the simplest and most objective way to determine the overall risk-benefit of the Covid vaccines, namely the comparison of all-cause mortality between the vaccinated and unvaccinated. What I will show you is that there are so many inconsistencies and missing information in the data – as is the case for most studies into covid vaccine effectiveness – that few conclusions can be drawn other than that it provides no real evidence that the benefits outweigh the risks.

From December 2020 to the end of February 2021, namelya very short period (at most two and a half months), Pfizer had already received more than 1,200 reports of deaths allegedly caused by the vaccine and tens of thousands of reported adverse events, including 23 cases of spontaneous abortions out of 270 pregnancies and more than 2,000 reports of cardiac disorders. Bear in mind: it’s data which is based on reported and recorded cases, which constitute a small percentage of the actual number of vaccine related deaths and adverse events. 45,250 mRNA Covid-19 reported and registered deaths in the EU, UK and US (combined) and 7.418,980 million reported “adverse events”. But only a small fraction of the victims or families of the deceased will go through the tedious process of reporting vaccine related deaths and adverse events to the national health authorities. Based on historical data (Electronic Support for Public Health–Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (ESP:VAERS, p. 6): “Adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common, but underreported. … less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1-13% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported. (emphasis added). Moreover, the health authorities are actively involved in obfuscating the deaths and injuries resulting from the “unapproved” and “experimental” Covid-19 “vaccine”.
When did parts of the left get so contemptuous of the principle of “bodily autonomy”? Answer: Just about the time they started fetishising vaccines as the only route out of the current pandemic. Only two years ago most people understood “bodily autonomy” to be a fundamental, unquestionable human right.
Now it is being treated as some kind of perverse libertarian luxury, as proof that the “deplorables” have been watching too much Tucker Carlson or that they have come to idealise the worst excesses of neoliberalism’s emphasis on the rights of the individual over the social good.
This is dangerous nonsense, as should be obvious if we step back and imagine what our world might look like had the principle of “bodily autonomy” not been established through centuries of struggle, just as were the right to vote and the right to health care.
Because without the principle of bodily autonomy, we might still be dragging virgins up high staircases so that they could be sacrificed to placate the sun gods. Without the principle of bodily autonomy, we might still be treating black people like animals – chattel to be used and exploited so that a white landowning class could grow rich from their enforced labours. Without the principle of bodily autonomy, we might still have doctors experimenting on those who are “inferior” – Jews, Romanies, Communists, gays – so that “superior races” could benefit from the “research”. Without the principle of bodily autonomy, we might still have the right of men to rape their wives as one of the unwritten marital vows.
With a vaccination rate 4 times the least vaccinated countries the 8 most vaccinated countries produce a mere 5% better decline in deaths from their recent peaks. A paltry return for vaccines which have caused nearly 2,000 deaths in the UK, 9,000 in the USA and 31,000 in the EU. Even the Lancet has shown the vaccines do not work – as the third jab and talk of a fourth testify.
More evidence of the failure of vaccines in the face of new infections comes from the USA where one of the largest US outbreaks of the new Omicron variant to date is believed to have occurred at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where almost all 930 cases over the past week are believed to be of the variant. All of the confirmed Omicron cases in the Cornell University case are among people who are fully vaccinated, and some of them are in people who’ve also had the booster.
In Scotland for August to November 2021 over 85% of deaths were in the vaccinated. Boosters are merely boosting COVID infections. Some 40,000 deaths have occurred in the USA, UK and EU following vaccination but Omicron is mild.
Everywhere the Omicron variant seems to be supplanting the Delta variant but with much milder symptoms so that as the South African doctor Omar Hamada said the Omicron variant of COVID-19 may provide natural immunity without inducing severe illness, as the symptoms so far resemble more of a “mild, common cold” in South Africa. “If the infectivity is greater, but the virulence or severity is less, this may be actually something good in terms of getting people immune to it without necessarily having to depend on a vaccine that’s not incredibly effective,” said Hamada.
There is an incredible gaslighting campaign happening in the United States right now, as COVID cases reach all time highs in the U.S. northeast and elsewhere. On television and in corporate press outlets, there is a giant, ongoing memory-holing operation related to the once-promised idea that mRNA shots would stop the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19. While they now claim otherwise, every single major government health official and pharmaceutical executive has claimed that COVID shots stop the virus.
Let’s take a look at what the top government health officials have said on the record about these shots over the past year. Let’s start with the worst of offenders, Dr. Anthony Fauci.
“When you get vaccinated, you not only protect your own health and that of the family but also you contribute to the community health by preventing the spread of the virus throughout the community. In other words, you become a dead end to the virus. And when there are a lot of dead ends around, the virus is not going to go anywhere. And that’s when you get a point that you have a markedly diminished rate of infection in the community.”
The point here is that the infections rate is much higher for vaccination and booster versus natural immunity from prior infection; in fact, it is more than six times greater. And even getting vaccination when having natural immunity adds a little higher infection rate.
Only one big scientific conclusion: Vaccination increases COVID infection and natural immunity is far more protective. You lose a little protection when you get vaccinated on top of having natural immunity, and that is not counting the many possible harmful health impacts of vaccines that can occur soon or much later than when you get the shots.
A document released by Pfizer apparently as a result of a Freedom Of Information court order in the USA reveals a vast array of previously unknown vaccine adverse effects compiled from official sources around the world. How we do this is up for debate, and of course there will be disagreement along the way. Some people, including the authors of a recently published Quillette article, see one and only one way forward: vaccination of every person with access to currently authorized vaccines. Other people, including ourselves, believe that the current vaccines—which are non-sterilizing, cannot quickly reach the entire world, and provide only narrow, short-lived immunity—cannot accomplish the goal, not even in principle. Any viable strategy for extinguishing SARS-CoV-2 in the near term must therefore include effective prophylaxis beyond the current crop of authorized vaccines.
Ordinarily, we are enthusiastic about vaccines and decidedly skeptical about pills. On this issue though, with these vaccines, our position has flipped. There are several reasons for this: the novel and non-sterilizing nature of the vaccines being deployed, the potential for perverse incentives involved in a vaccine only strategy, emerging concerns about vaccine safety, and the logistical reality that vaccines alone cannot, and will not, get the job done.
Those who have followed us have been far ahead in recognizing the potential utility of masks in preventing infection, the recognition that outdoor environments are safe and protective from Covid, the importance of vitamin D and the hazard of D deficiency (for people living at high latitudes, for example), the hazard of enclosed spaces and virally saturated air, the hazard of obesity and other co-morbidities, the narrowness of vaccine-induced immunity compared to the robust immunity generated by infection, the long term danger of Covid even in those with few symptoms, and the possibility that vaccines and relaxed safety standards would together select for viral variants that would increase the risk of breakthrough cases.
We have come under intense fire of late, not only for our logic and science—our motives and ethics have also been impugned. We feel that these critiques are not just uncareful and unjustified, but ominous and ultimately counterproductive to overcoming the immense challenges that we face. We are motivated by a strong desire to minimize human suffering from Covid, as we know are many of our critics. That is defense enough for what we are attempting to do. We disagree with our critics on the interpretation of the available evidence and are making a case that the conventional wisdom is wrong. Not only is that morally defensible, it is morally required. And the degree with which our most prominent critics have transparently stumbled in responding to us is a powerful evidence that what we are told is “settled science” is anything but.
First, we will review some of the evidence for the effectiveness of ivermectin as prophylaxis against SARS-CoV2. Evidence for the prophylactic effectiveness of ivermectin against Covid comes from meta-analysis of RCT’s, health care workers in Argentina, pre-existing chemo-prophylaxis with ivermectin across Africa, and roll-outs of ivermectin in several Indian states. Even the Wall Street Journal has published an op-ed with reference to further evidence of its effectiveness. Is it possible that all of these disparate sources of signal are wrong? Yes it is. But when multiple kinds of evidence converge on a pattern, that means more than when only one kind of research repeatedly finds the same thing. We have nothing to lose by taking this evidence seriously and pursuing a greater understanding of ivermectin. We have a very great deal to lose by failing to do so.
Second, we will look at the safety record of ivermectin. The authors of the Quillette article are questioning the safety of ivermectin, but pushing the story that the Covid vaccines are inherently safe. Given the historical record that is available for each of these treatments their position seems backwards to us. We have an abundance of evidence with respect to the safety of ivermectin, but very little regarding the safety of novel Covid vaccines. This is a simple and unavoidable reality owing to the newness of the Covid vaccine technology, not an inherent flaw in the Covid vaccines themselves.
Third, we will look at the safety of the Covid vaccines. Here are three lines of evidence that suggest that the Covid vaccines are not as harmless as we are being told: a) assessment of deaths in VAERS, b) Bell’s palsy, and c) myocarditis and pericarditis. Furthermore, given news that the CDC won’t be collecting some kinds of data anymore (e.g. “mild infections” of Covid in vaccinated Americans), what else are we missing? There are many indicators of both missing data, and refusals to conduct careful analyses. What all of this means for certain is this: we need better data. In the meantime, we should act with caution and take these signs seriously.
Fourth, we will look into the effectiveness of the Covid vaccines. Vaccines that are sterilizing are not predicted to create the selective pressure that results in increased pathogenicity (once individual immunity is achieved). Nor are vaccines which are limited in scope of use. But the Covid vaccines are not sterilizing, and they are in widespread use. Variants are on the rise. The media would have you believe that this is due to the persistence of unvaccinated individuals in the population. While unvaccinated individuals play a role in this dynamic, they are logically neither necessary nor sufficient. Theoretical predictions, experimental results, and real-world observations of where and when the variants have emerged suggest that, rather, it is the non-sterilizing vaccines and our current approach to vaccination that are responsible for the rise in variants.
Fifth, we will discuss the natural immunity that is obtained from having had Covid itself.
In order to drive SARS-CoV2 to extinction, we need a very high proportion of the population to be protected from the virus, such that it cannot spread. We need herd immunity. As defined by the WHO, herd immunity is achieved when a population is immune “either through vaccination or immunity developed through previous infection.” Thus, both those vaccinated, and those with natural immunity due to previous infection, contribute to herd immunity.
The CDC insists that everyone, regardless of whether or not they’ve had Covid, should get vaccinated, citing unspecified “experts” as the source of their recommendation.
The correct comparison ought not be “vaccinated vs unvaccinated” but rather “protected from Covid, vs unprotected from Covid.” In the group that ought be considered “protected,” there are, we argue, three distinct groups:
the vaccinated,
those who have already had and recovered from Covid, and
those on other effective prophylaxis, such as ivermectin.
Given this evidence, why are those who have recovered from Covid being strongly encouraged to get vaccinations which have elevated risks and no benefit to them? We posit that it is due to a simplistic, single-minded focus on one and only one solution to the pandemic: mass vaccination. This position permits no nuance, and allows no evidence. It cannot be defended from either an individual health perspective, or a public health perspective. A defensible policy would at least exclude naturally immune people from the recommendation to get vaccinated, and would make use of alternative prophylactic treatments for people beyond the reach of the vaccines.
Sixth, we will discuss the politicization of several aspects of this discussion, Why is there a campaign against the use of ivermectin in the face of a global pandemic?
It is within the realm of possibility that the efficacy of ivermectin as prophylaxis is being shut down not due to science, but to politics.
Whatever the reason, the world seems to have been convinced that a “vaccine only” strategy is the only way through this pandemic, even though no plan that plausibly links the current vaccines to the eradication of SARS-CoV2 has ever been proposed. While we believe that ivermectin is an extremely promising candidate for broadening our approach to Covid, getting hung up on arguments about one drug or another is a distraction. The essential point is that we must vigorously seek all additional tools to fight SARS-CoV2, including ivermectin.

Covid is a scourge of a disease, sparing no demographic completely. That said, it has long been recognized in both the scientific literature, and the press, that some people are at more risk than others. Old people are particularly susceptible. People with comorbidities are far more likely to get sick and die than those without (Kompaniyets et al 2021). And children, while not immune, have been, thankfully, largely spared.
This disease needs no help to be frightening. So it is concerning to see what seems to be fear-mongering to scare parents into believing that it is a far greater threat to their children than it actually is.
The Quillette article by Berlinski and Deigen, and the Sam Harris podcast with Eric Topol, are riddled throughout with errors, oscillating between strawman arguments and outright misrepresentations. Neither of these critiques—that from Quillette or Making Sense—holds up to either journalistic or scientific scrutiny.

The CDC now says even those people fully vaccinated for COVID are able to get, and spread, the virus. One country not making much news is Sweden. Sweden, of course, was maligned in 2020 for foregoing a strict lockdown. The Guardian called its approach “a catastrophe” in the making, while CBS News said Sweden had become “an example of how not to handle COVID-19.”
Despite these criticisms, Sweden’s laissez-faire approach to the pandemic continues today. In contrast to its European neighbors, Sweden is welcoming tourists. Businesses and schools are open with almost no restrictions. In 2005, Congress passed the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP), which authorizes the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to issue a declaration providing immunity from tort liability for claims of loss caused by medical countermeasures (e.g., vaccines, drugs, products) against diseases or other threats of public health emergencies.
On Feb. 4, 2020, HHS invoked the PREP Act when it declared COVID-19 to be a public health emergency. On Jan. 21, HHS amended the act, extending the liability shield to include additional categories of qualified persons authorized to prescribe, dispense and administer COVID-19 vaccines authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
In exchange for immunity for vaccine makers, under the PREP Act, the federal government pledged compensation for adverse reactions to COVID treatments and vaccines through a program called the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), run by HHS. As The Defender reported July 1, as of June 1, CICP reported 869 pending cases but offered no further information.
Under the CICP program, attorney fees are not covered. There is no court, judge or right to appeal. 2021-08-31 CDC Endorses FDA Approval of Pfizer COVID Vaccine for 16 and Older, Amid Questions About Missing Data and Which Vaccine Is Actually Approved CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices’ (ACIP) recommendation for use of the Pfizer-BioNTech’s licensed vaccine for people 16 and older. “This recommendation follows FDA’s decision to fully approve Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.”
The CDC statement made no mention of the Comirnaty brand but referred to Pfizer-BioNTech’s “licensed” vaccine — even though the FDA approval was limited specifically to the drugmaker’s Comirnaty vaccine. The FDA said the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine under the EUA should remain unlicensed but can be used “interchangeably” (page 2, footnote 8) with the newly licensed Comirnaty product.

The Food and Drug Administration’s decision to give full approval to the Pfizer COVID vaccine was only a few hours old last week when groups on Facebook lit up with questions. The evidence of disastrous effects of lockdowns on the physical and mental health of the population is there for all to see. The harms are massive, widespread, and long lasting. In particular, the psychological impact on a generation of developing children could be lifelong. It is for this reason that lockdown policies were never part of any pandemic preparedness plans prior to 2020. In fact, they were expressly not recommended in WHO documents, even for severe respiratory viral pathogens.

Transmission was associated with hospital contact in up to 40% of cases in the first wave in Spring 2020 and in 64% in winter 2020/2021.
Severe illness among healthy people below 70 years old did occur (as seen with flu pandemics) but was extremely rare.
Despite this, no early, aggressive and targeted measures were taken to protect care homes; to the contrary, patients were discharged without testing to homes where staff had inadequate PPE, training and information. Many unnecessary deaths were caused as a result.
Policy appears to have been directed at systematic exaggeration of the number of deaths which can be attributed to COVID. Testing was designed to find every possible ‘case’ rather than focusing on clinically diagnosed infections and the resulting exaggerated case numbers fed through to the death data with large numbers of people dying ‘with COVID’ and not ‘of COVID’ where the disease was the underlying cause of death. Moreover, in headlines reporting the number of deaths, a categorisation by age was not included. The average age of a COVID-labelled death is 81 for men and 84 for women, higher than the average life expectancy when these people were born.
The media and government rhetoric is now moving onto the idea that “Long Covid” is going to cause major morbidity in all age groups including children, without having a discussion of the normality of postviral fatigue which lasts upwards of 6 months. This adds to the public fear of the disease, encouraging vaccination amongst those who are highly unlikely to suffer any adverse effects from COVID.
The harm caused by COVID and our response to it should have meant that advances in prophylaxis and therapeutics for COVID were embraced. However, evidence on successful treatments has been ignored or even actively suppressed. It is totally unacceptable that doctors who have attempted to merely open discussion about the potential benefits of early treatments for COVID have been heavily and inexplicably censored. Knowing that early treatments which could reduce the risk of requiring hospitalisation might be available would alter the entire view and therefore the risk / benefit ratio for vaccination, especially in younger groups.
Propagation of a deliberate fear narrative (confirmed through publicly accessible government documentation) has been disproportionate, harmful and counterproductive.
Asymptomatic spread has never been a major driver of a respiratory disease pandemic. Never before have we perverted the centuries-old practice of isolating the ill by instead isolating the healthy. Repeated mandates to healthy, asymptomatic people to self-isolate, especially school children, serves no useful purpose and has only contributed to the widespread harms of such policies.
Repeated testing of children to find asymptomatic cases who are unlikely to spread virus, and treating them like some sort of biohazard is harmful, serves no public health purpose and must stop. Lockdowns are in fact a far greater contributor to child health problems, with record levels of mental illness and soaring levels of non-COVID infections being seen, which some experts consider to be a result of distancing resulting in deconditioning of the immune system.
Moreover, a number of principles of good medical practice and previously unimpeachable ethical standards have been breached in relation to the vaccination campaign, meaning that in most cases, whether the consent obtained can be truly regarded as “fully informed” must be in serious doubt:
The use of coercion supported by an unprecedented media campaign to persuade the public to be vaccinated, including threats of discrimination, either supported by the law or encouraged socially, for example in co-operation with social media platforms and dating apps.
The omission of information permitting individuals to make a fully informed choice, especially in relation to the experimental nature of the vaccine agents, extremely low background COVID risk for most people, known occurrence of short-term side-effects and unknown long-term effect

2021-08-27 COVID Vaccine Injury Reports Jump by 27,000 in One Week, FDA Pulls ‘Bait and Switch’ With Pfizer Vaccine ApprovalVAERS data released Friday by the CDC showed a total of 623,343 reports of adverse events from all age groups following COVID vaccines, including 13,627 deaths and 84,466 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020 and Aug. 20, 2021. The data come directly from reports submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Aug. 23granted full approval to Pfizer’s “Comirnaty” COVID vaccine for people 16 years and older — without allowing public discussion or holding a formal advisory committee meeting to discuss data. According to The Washington Post, Pfizer’s vaccine approval was the fastest in the agency’s history, coming less than four months after Pfizer/BioNTech filed for licensing on May 7.
FDA said it did not believe a meeting was necessary ahead of the expected full FDA approval. Kim Witczak, a drug safety advocate who serves as a consumer representative on the FDA’s Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee, said it’s concerning that full approval is based on only six months’ worth of data — despite clinical trials designed for two years — and there’s no control group after Pfizer offered the product to placebo participants before the trials were completed.
Kennedy and Nass, who accused the FDA of pulling a “bait and switch” on the public, said the FDA acknowledged that while Pfizer has “insufficient stocks” of the newly licensed Comirnaty vaccine available, there is “a significant amount” of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine — produced under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) — still available for use.
The FDA decreed that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine under the EUA should remain unlicensed — but that it can be used “interchangeably” (page 2, footnote 8) with the newly licensed Comirnaty product.
Second, the FDA said the licensed Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine and the existing EUA Pfizer vaccine are “legally distinct,” but said their differences do not “impact safety or effectiveness.”
Kennedy and Nass said EUA products are experimental under U.S. law. Both the Nuremberg Code and federal regulations provide that no one can force a human being to participate in this experiment. What we know from the research on RSV:
Chimpanzee Coryza Virus (CCV) was first identified in 1955 in a group of monkeys used for polio research at Walter Reed Army Research Institute in Silver Springs, Maryland.
The caretaker for the monkeys also developed CCV in early 1956, and the virus spread from the caretaker to several of his bunk mates at the institute located in Silver Springs.
One year later, in 1957, a new virus was found in infants in Baltimore. That virus, identical to CCV, was renamed Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV).
Five years later, RSV virus was responsible for the majority of severe respiratory infections in infants and young children across the globe.
In short, the introduction of RSV from monkeys used for the development of polio vaccine in the 1950s resulted in the creation of a new respiratory disease that the World Health Organization (WHO) now estimates results in more than 3 million hospitalizations and nearly 60,000 deaths in children under 5 years of age every year.

2021-08-24 2 Things Mainstream Media Didn’t Tell You About FDA’s Approval of Pfizer Vaccine Buried in the fine print of Monday’s approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration of the Pfizer Comirnaty COVID vaccine are two critical facts that affect whether the vaccine can be mandated, and whether Pfizer can be held liable for injuries.
The press reported that vaccine mandates are now legal for military, healthcare workers, college students and employees in many industries. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has now required the vaccine for all teachers and school staff. The Pentagon is proceeding with its mandate for all military service members.
First, the FDA acknowledges that while Pfizer has “insufficient stocks” of the newly licensed Comirnaty vaccine available, there is “a significant amount” of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine — produced under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) — still available for use.
The FDA decrees that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine under the EUA should remain unlicensed but can be used “interchangeably” (page 2, footnote 8) with the newly licensed Comirnaty product.
Second, the FDA pointed out that the licensed Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine and the existing, EUA Pfizer vaccine are “legally distinct,” but proclaims that their differences do not “impact safety or effectiveness.”
There is a huge real-world difference between products approved under EUA compared with those the FDA has fully licensed.
EUA products are experimental under U.S. law. Both the Nuremberg Code and federal regulations provide that no one can force a human being to participate in this experiment. Under 21 U.S. Code Sec.360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III), “authorization for medical products for use in emergencies,” it is unlawful to deny someone a job or an education because they refuse to be an experimental subject. Instead, potential recipients have an absolute right to refuse EUA vaccines.
U.S. laws, however, permit employers and schools to require students and workers to take licensed vaccines.
At least for the moment, the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine has no liability shield. Vials of the branded product, which say “Comirnaty” on the label, are subject to the same product liability laws as other U.S. products. But licensed adult vaccines, including the new Comirnaty, do not enjoy any liability shield. Just as with Ford’s exploding Pinto, or Monsanto’s herbicide Roundup, people injured by the Comirnaty vaccine could potentially sue for damages. And because adults injured by the vaccine will be able to show that the manufacturer knew of the problems with the product, jury awards could be astronomical.
Pfizer is therefore unlikely to allow any American to take a Comirnaty vaccine until it can somehow arrange immunity for this product.
Given this background, the FDA’s acknowledgement in its approval letter that there are insufficient stocks of the licensed Comirnaty, but an abundant supply of the EUA Pfizer BioNTech jab, exposes the “approval” as a cynical scheme to encourage businesses and schools to impose illegal jab mandates.

That leaves public health officials without the full data that can answer questions as the new Delta variant spreads. The results show that antibody levels can be predictive of immunity, which should help develop and test new vaccines at a much faster pace. It’s even possible that COVID-19 vaccine-makers may not need to conduct trials with huge numbers of people to see how many get sick after getting vaccinated. Instead, researchers could simply draw blood and look for antibody levels that correlate with protection.

Anyone from 12 to 15 years old can get the vaccine under emergency use approval, but it has not been fully approved for those age groups..
Per the FDA, Comirnaty contains mRNA genetic material, which “is used by the body to make a mimic of one of the proteins in the virus that causes COVID-19.”
“The result of a person receiving this vaccine is that their immune system will ultimately react defensively to the virus that causes COVID-19,” according to the FDA.
And the mRNA from Comirnaty “is only present in the body for a short time and is not incorporated into — nor does it alter — an individual’s genetic material,” per the FDA.
Overall, Comirnaty has the same makeup as the vaccine approved for emergency authorization, and it is given out in two doses, per the FDA.

The powers that be will not admit there is something terribly wrong. They will not acknowledge the clear science that people with natural immunity, and the young and healthy, do not need to take the risks of these injections.

But Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, maker of the only authorized, free monoclonal antibodies, said it is reaching fewer than 30 percent of eligible patients, up from fewer than 5 percent a month ago.

The gist of the “exacerbation” issue, also called antibody-dependent enhancement or pathogenic priming, is that the vaccine “primes” recipients to later develop more severe disease instead of protecting them.
The foundational ethical standards underpinning research on human subjects demand special attention to vulnerable populations, including fetuses, neonates, pregnant women and the institutionalized elderly. Yet these are precisely the populations that RSV studies have targeted — all flops, with none leading to a licensed vaccine and a bare minimum of disclosure about safety.

2021-08-16 How CDC Manipulated Data to Create ‘Pandemic of the Unvaxxed’ Narrative According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the unvaccinated make up 95% to 99% of COVID hospitalizations.
As it turns out, to achieve those statistics, the CDC included hospitalization and mortality data from January through June 2021. It does not include more recent data or data related to the Delta variant, which is now the most prevalent strain in circulation. The problem is, the vast majority of the U.S.population was unvaccinated during that timeframe.
By Jan. 1, only 0.5% of the U.S. population had received a COVID shot. By mid-April, an estimated 31% had received one or more shots, and as of June 15, 48.7% were fully “vaccinated.” Keep in mind that you’re not “fully vaccinated” until two weeks after your second dose (in the case of Pfizer or Moderna), which is given up to six weeks after your first shot. This is according to the CDC.
So, those receiving an initial dose in June, for example, won’t be “fully vaccinated” until eight weeks later, sometime in July or August.

Here’s Why I’m not Vaxxed | Opinion Let me start by saying that I agree that the COVID-19 vaccine is an important tool in reducing the severity of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths due to COVID-19. In general, I am supportive of the availability and accessibility of safe, potentially life saving medications and preventative measures for anyone at risk of any serious illness. The more options when it comes to preventing and treating COVID-19, the better! But this does not mean that all options should necessarily be utilized by all people en masse, and this is how I arrived at my current decision to opt out of the vaccine.
The reported adverse events and risks of the authorized COVID-19 vaccines are rare, and most people don’t seem to have any serious adverse reactions. But though rare, the risks are still real. Cardiac issues, blood clotting, stroke, and autoimmune disorders are all acknowledged adverse events that can occur as a result of the COVID-19 vaccine.
A colleague of my parents reportedly died from complications of the Moderna vaccine, a friend suffered from deep vein thrombosis, and a teenage nephew of another friend now has chronic cardiac issues. These are three examples from my immediate network of family and friends, and I know many others with their own stories. And while it’s true that these are anecdotes and do not represent the majority, they are powerful nonetheless.
But what about for someone who is not at risk from COVID-19? The risk/benefit analysis for otherwise healthy, young individuals may be a different calculus. Public health messaging has consistently portrayed the vaccines are safe and effective, and therefore everyone eligible should get vaccinated. But companies like Moderna and Pfizer are protected from lawsuits related to their COVID-19 vaccines until 2024.
The personal risk/benefit analysis still plays a role and preventing serious illness is definitely important, but getting the vaccine to protect others (and calling unvaccinated adults selfish) no longer seems to be relevant if the vaccinated can spread it, too.
The inconsistent policies and public responses, the repeated “do as I say, not as I do” from those pushing restrictions, has led many like me to skepticism of any government issued guidance. And adding bribes, mandates, and censorship to the mix has only served to heighten that sense of mistrust. 2021-08-05 Phylogeographic Mapping of Newly Discovered Coronaviruses Pinpoints the Direct Progenitor of SARS-CoV-2 as Originating from Mojiang, China Back in March, the World Health Organisation’s report on the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic coronavirus confirmed something that had long been widely presumed. Since the pandemic began, there has been an enormous virus hunt in China. The purpose of this hunt has been to find the viruses intermediate between SARS-CoV-2 and its coronavirus relatives found in bats.
The closest known wild relative of SARS-CoV-2 was found by Zheng-li Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in a bat in central Yunnan province, China. This virus, called RaTG13, is 96.1% similar to SARS-CoV-2. This genetic difference (3.9%) corresponds to about 1150 nucleotide differences between the two viruses; i.e. it is quite a large gap. Finding intermediate viruses would solve two puzzles. One is geographical: By what means or in what host animal(s) did the virus get to Wuhan? The second is genetic: what viruses were the evolutionary intermediates between RaTG13 and SARS-CoV-2?
To this end, according to that WHO report, scientists across China have sampled and tested over 80,000 animals, including 1,100 bats just in Hubei province, of which Wuhan is the capital. Yet beyond a few tantalising discoveries, which are discussed below, the search has been unsuccessful. The broad failure of this enormous research effort has been scantly reported by the media and sometimes its significance has been dismissed entirely.
The virus reached humans because an intermediate animal capable of amplifying the virus (presumably without sickening or dying itself) acquired the virus from bats. This intermediate animal host with its Intermediate viruses should be a species found in close proximity to humans at or near the outbreak site.
Thus, a pool of viruses very highly related (≈99.9% similar) to SARS-CoV-2 should be findable in whatever animal species it was that transmitted the virus to humans. Most likely, these intermediates will be domesticated or farmed or smuggled animals. However, for SARS-CoV-2, no comparable pool of viruses in intermediate hosts has yet been found.
While the pandemic was still young, this absence was unremarkable. But, given the extent of sampling in China, the lack of evidence for any part of a transmission chain from bats in Yunnan to humans in Wuhan now represents a major data point against a zoonotic origin.
There is one further crucial issue. To date, both the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the EcoHealth Alliance (EHA) in New York have refused requests by Congress and others, to allow public access to their existing coronavirus samples and their viral databases. These may hold answers to all the origin questions. But if publicly-funded virologists will not share the samples they already have, and are apparently unwilling to face the conclusions public access might entail, why should anyone reward them to collect more? Indeed, how can research into the origins of COVID-19 meaningfully proceed if virologists will neither share their data nor follow where it leads when they do?
The problem is not lack of data. As this article and the creative approaches of members of DRASTIC, and others, have shown, there is plenty of valuable data waiting to be brought forth. Rather, the obstacle is simply a deep and broad fear on the part of the scientific establishment that the trail might lead to a lab leak. The lack of outrage, or even concern, among the rank and file of the scientific community at the flagrant obstructionism of the WIV and the EHA demonstrates the extent of this fear as clearly as could be wished.

2021-08-03 Scientist: ‘What We’re Seeing Is Virus Evolution 101’ — Delta Variant More Transmissible, Not More Deadly As COVID — especially the Delta variant — surges among the fully vaccinated, Brian Hooker, Ph.D., said the more the variant deviates from the original sequence used for the vaccine, the less effective the vaccine will be on that variant. The CDC’s latest breakthrough numbers, as of July 25, show 6,587 fully vaccinated people with COVID breakthrough cases. Of those, 6,239 people were hospitalized and 1,263 people died.
In May, the CDC revised its guidance for reporting breakthrough cases, stating it would count only those cases that result in hospitalization or death. Previously, the agency had included in its breakthrough count anyone who tested positive for COVID. Miller found that out of a total of 2,605 infant deaths reported to VAERS between 1990 and 2019, 58% occurred within three days of vaccination, and 78% occurred within seven days of vaccination.

2021-08-02 CDC Study on 12- to 17-Year-Olds Who Got Pfizer Vaccine: 397 Reports of Heart Inflammation, 14 Deaths A study released last week by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention showed 9,246 adverse events reported among adolescents aged 12 to 17, including 863 serious events, 14 deaths and 397 reports of myocarditis.
The CDC study also included 14 reports of deaths after vaccination in teens. Among those who died, four were between the ages of 12 and 15, and 10 occurred in 16- to 17-year-olds. 2021-08-02 Vaccinated People May Play Key Role in Aiding Evolution of More Dangerous COVID Variants, Study Says The researchers concluded three specific risk factors that favor the emergence and establishment of a vaccine-resistant strain. They are: a high probability of initial emergence of the resistant strain; high number of infected individuals; and low rate of vaccination.
However, the analysis also showed the highest risk for establishing a resistant strain occurs when a large fraction of the population has already been vaccinated but the transmission is not controlled.
This bill addresses wage discrimination on the basis of sex, which is defined to include pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics.
Specifically, it limits an employer’s defense that a pay differential is based on a factor other than sex to only bona fide job-related factors in wage discrimination claims, enhances nonretaliation prohibitions, and makes it unlawful to require an employee to sign a contract or waiver prohibiting the employee from disclosing information about the employee’s wages. The bill also increases civil penalties for violations of equal pay provisions.
Additionally, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs must train EEOC employees and other affected parties on wage discrimination.
The bill directs the Department of Labor to (1) establish and carry out a grant program to provide training in negotiation skills related to compensation and equitable working conditions, (2) conduct studies to eliminate pay disparities between men and women, and (3) make available information on wage discrimination to assist the public in understanding and addressing such discrimination.
The bill establishes the National Award for Pay Equity in the Workplace for an employer who has made a substantial effort to eliminate pay disparities between men and women. It also establishes the National Equal Pay Enforcement Task Force to address compliance, public education, and enforcement of equal pay laws.
Finally, the bill requires the EEOC to issue regulations for collecting from employers compensation and other employment data according to the sex, race, and national origin of employees for use in enforcing laws prohibiting pay discrimination.
To amend title 23, United States Code, to establish a grant program for the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and hydrogen fueling infrastructure along the National Highway System, and for other purposes.

This bill establishes the Commission for Review and Correction of Historical Injustices to identify, investigate, and review instances of discrimination and other historical injustices carried out by federal agencies. The commission must also periodically recommend legislative or executive action to resolve such instances.
In carrying out its duties, the commission must set up a mechanism to allow for public comment and input on instances of discrimination.
In addition, the bill grants the commission authority to issue a subpoena to any agency that the majority of the commission deems necessary.
This bill authorizes the Department of Transportation (DOT) to provide technical assistance grants to states and local governments to (1) develop more state and local value capture mechanisms for long-term funding that promote mobility, public transportation, and affordable transit-oriented development; (2) improve public transportation and mobility; and (3) develop strategic partnerships that create greater self-help capacity that leads to greater long term and robust investments in public transportation, mobility, inclusive economic development, and affordable transit-oriented development.
DOT must
establish voluntary and consensus-based value capture standards, policies, and best practices for state and local value capture mechanisms that promote greater investments in public transportation and affordable transit-oriented development;
make available to the public a report cataloging examples of state and local laws and policies that provide for value capture and value sharing that promote such investments; and
identify and disseminate examples of best practices where states and local governments have adopted value capture and value sharing mechanisms that have successfully provided for such investments.
The Secretary of Labor, in consultation with the Secretary of Energy, shall establish a grant program for local governments for the purpose of developing a plan to transition workers from employment in fossil fuel industries to employment in sustainable industries.
