Mark was a long time member of the 24/7 community. Mark was known as “Pumpkin Seed” as he often brought pumpkin seeds to the vigil to snack and share.

Mark financed the production of Diane Poole’s 1989 book “NA Letters from Conord” which Diane wrote from jail.
