This latest action is final proof of the cynicism, corruption and capture of a once exemplary public health agency. It’s also the get-out-of-jail-free card that criminal enterprises like Pfizer have been eyeing since Day One of the pandemic. Now, Pfizer and Moderna no longer need government officials to maintain the “national emergency” charade in order to skirt liability for COVID vaccines.
