The Deeper Story Behind the Assassination of Soleimani

This story is a perfect example of not just how evil the Trump’s administration is, but just how strong the deep state’s control of our government has become. Trump is being advised about these options to control the leaders of another nation that are available to him as this is the normal behind the scenes procedures used by Presidents to manipulate leaders of countries against their will. Assassinations and overthrows are the end results to non-compliance. MEK- http://www.kerr2020.com
The Iraqi prime minister, Adil Abdul-Mahdi, has revealed details of his interactions with Trump in the weeks leading up to Soleimani’s assassination in a speech to the Iraqi parliament. He tried to explain several times on live television how Washington had been browbeating him and other Iraqi members of parliament to toe the American line, even threatening to engage in false-flag sniper shootings of both protesters and security personnel in order to inflame the situation, recalling similar modi operandi seen in Cairo in 2009, Libya in 2011, and Maidan in 2014. The purpose of such cynicism was to throw Iraq into chaos…. Read Full Story

2022-08-05 Fundraising Appeal

I, Michael Kerr, am a Green Party candidate for the U.S. Congress this November! My district is the new CA 10th District (mostly Contra Costa County, just East of SF). I have just a single corporate incumbent Democratic opponent this November election. With your help, I actually have a pathway and reasonable chance to win this election!

I thank those who have already contributed to my campaign and the nearly 21,528 voters who supported me in the June primary.  I have a pathway to win this election and become the first Green Party Congressperson, but I really need your support and financial backing!

I intend to be a bullhorn on issues that corporate politicians and media don’t want you to either know or talk about. You may not always agree with me on every issue, but as a real progressive, I do try to base my opinions on serious research and knowledge! However, I will also always strive to keep an open critical mind to additional facts and information as they become available to me!   I am dedicated to making the world a better place for everyone and for all living things for the 7 generations that follow.

I have a clear pathway to win this election with just a little financial support from you and others.  My pathway involves the simple fact that a vote for me does not upset any political balance as I will caucus with the Democrat Party.  Also, a vote for me is a vote against the status quo at a time when most people are upset with the situation in America!   My district is about 50% Democrat, 25% Republican and 25% Independent and Other’

  • For the 25% of Republicans: without any Republican on the ballot, I am a non-Democrat who will be as critical of Democrats as I am of Republicans.
  • For the 50% of Democrats: I will caucus with the Democratic Party and will vote progressive similar to my Democratic opponent in most cases.  However, I will do more than my opponent who just votes on failed progressive issues while remaining publicly silent in deference to corporate Democratic Party leadership!  I will have NO deference but will be a very active bullhorn speaking out loudly on those progressive issues.
  • For the 25% Independents, Greens, and those who seldom vote: I offer an opportunity to have a unique outspoken independent progressive voice in Congress!

But I need just a little of your help if I am to reach District 10 voters and establish myself as a viable candidate in the November election.

I need about $16,000 to fully fund my campaign and have an opportunity to win this election becoming the first U.S. Green Party House of Representative.  I have mostly borrowed money so far to get started. The funds that I need are a tiny fraction of the cost of most other campaigns trying to be viable and win.

Here are my costs:

  • Candidate Filing Fee: $1,740.00
  • Misc. costs: office, mailings, website, gas:  $500
  • 30,000 Brochures for door-to-door precinct walking and mailing: $4000 (see flier below)
  • A ballot statement in the county voter booklet that would reach every voter: $9,500

The BALLOT STATEMENT submission DEADLINE is AUGUST 12! So, if I am going to have a ballot statement, I will need your financial help or a financial pledge right away!  If everyone getting this message contributed an average of $25, I could be fully funded to win this election.

I thank you in advance as I will appreciate any support and help you can give me.

My campaign is issue and information oriented, and my website is very informative, so please go to www.CreatingBetterWorld.org.  It is not your typical campaign website.

Donate here! Or from my campaign website! I am no longer collecting donations at this time!

With Peace, Justice, Human Rights and Mother Earth,

Michael E. Kerr

The US Govt is Blaming the 4th Amendment & Edward Snowden for Paris Attacks – Seriously

Former CIA director James Woolsey said on MSNBC that Snowden has “blood on his hands” for the Paris attacks. Hacks at the National Counterterrorism Center are echoing the claim that exposure of intelligence collection techniques allowed this act of terrorism.
However, Glenn Greenwald provided a simple rebuttal to these red herrings.
“One key premise here seems to be that prior to the Snowden reporting, The Terrorists helpfully and stupidly used telephones and unencrypted emails to plot, so Western governments were able to track their plotting and disrupt at least large-scale attacks. That would come as a massive surprise to the victims of the attacks of 2002 in Bali, 2004 in Madrid, 2005 in London, 2008 in Mumbai, and April 2013 at the Boston Marathon. How did the multiple perpetrators of those well-coordinated attacks — all of which were carried out prior to Snowden’s June 2013 revelations — hide their communications from detection?
This is a glaring case where propagandists can’t keep their stories straight. The implicit premise of this accusation is that The Terrorists didn’t know to avoid telephones or how to use effective encryption until Snowden came along and told them. Yet we’ve been warned for years and years before Snowden that The Terrorists are so diabolical and sophisticated that they engage in all sorts of complex techniques to evade electronic surveillance.
By itself, the glorious mythology of How the U.S. Tracked Osama bin Laden should make anyone embarrassed to make these claims. After all, the central premise of that storyline is that bin Laden only used trusted couriers to communicate because al Qaeda knew for decades to avoid electronic means of communication because the U.S. and others could spy on those communications. Remember all that? Zero Dark Thirty and the “harsh but effective” interrogation of bin Laden’s “official messenger”?”
Greenwald goes on to say how blaming Snowden is a desperate attempt to shift blame for the terror attacks onto whistleblowers, journalists and encryption technology.
Even more worrisome than the inability of government to recognize its own mistakes is the incessant drive to cement the surveillance-military state onto the fabric of modern life – further criminalizing the behavior of innocent citizens.

‘School of Assassins’: Protests Demand Closure of Notorious Training Camp

‘School of Assassins’: Protests Demand Closure of Notorious Training Camp

“Despite a shocking human rights abuse record, the School of the Americas continues to operate with US taxpayer money. Closing the SOA would send a strong human rights message to Latin America and the world,” said SOA Watch founder Father Roy Bourgeois.

Ahead of the actions on Friday, SOA Watch national organizer Hendrik Voss told local media, “We have to take an honest look at the violence the United States is exporting all over the world. If we don’t do that, nothing is going to change.”

“We say we are standing in solidarity with people of Latin America,” Voss told the Columbus Ledger-Inquirer on Saturday. “When those people are forced from their home country because of SOA violence, they are being mistreated. We extend our solidarity with them.”

The weekend of action expanded its focus to include Stewart Immigrant Detention Center about nine years ago. “We have to address the root causes of migration, which to a major part lie in the deplorable economic and military policies, which the United States has imposed on Latin America,” Borgeois said.

For many activists, SOA has become a notorious symbol of U.S.-backed human rights abuses in Latin America. The taxpayer-funded school now known as the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation educated several dictators from the region, as well as their military officials, and included torture, extortion, and execution in its curriculum. Yet as SOA Watch points out, despite evidence of human rights abuses connected to the school’s graduates, “no independent investigation into the facility has ever taken place.”

Devil’s Tango: How I Learned the Fukushima Step by Step

384029_385166581555619_1965167294_nDevil’s Tango: How I Learned the Fukushima Step by Step

Published on the one-year anniversary of the disaster at Japan’s Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant, Devil’s Tango is a one-woman whirlwind tour of the nuclear industry, seen through the lens of the industrial and planetary crisis unfolding most visibly right now in Japan. As much personal journal as investigative journalism, the author’s journal entries trace her own and the world’s evolution of consciousness during the first year following the March 11, 2011 disaster. Pineda keeps track, day-by-day, of worsening developments at Fukushima Daiichi, and records the daily evolution of her perceptions. Often poetic in tone, philosophic in scope, her reflections are peppered with dramatic monologues,day-to-day reportage, philosophical speculations, meditations, deep song (canto hondo) and occasional flights of fancy, a monoplay, and a grand guignol. There is no other book quite like it. John Nichols calls it an “astonishing anatomy of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster,” “… a revelation, and a searing denunciation of the worldwide nuclear energy industry.”

SOA WATCH UNDER FBI SURVEILLANCE FOR TEN YEARS

“A Freedom of Information Act request has revealed that School of the Americas Watch, a nonviolent human rights organization founded by a Maryknoll priest, was investigated and infiltrated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for at least a decade.

The 429 pages of documents — which were obtained by Washington D.C.-based lawyer Mara Verheyden-Hilliard — also show SOA Watch was under surveillance by a consortium of law enforcement agencies that included the FBI’s counter-terrorism division…”   (Article Synopsis)

No Glory WWI

2014 marked the hundredth anniversary of the beginning of the First World War. Far from being a “war to end all wars” or a “victory for democracy”, this was a military disaster and a human catastrophe.

We believe it is important to remember that this was a war that was driven by big powers’ competition for influence around the globe, and caused a degree of suffering all too clear in the statistical record of 16 million people dead and 20 million wounded.

Energy Revolution Is Possible… And It Would Only Take 782 Rich People To Pay For It

782_100_percentEnergy Revolution Is Possible… And It Would Only Take 782 Rich People To Pay For It

The figures do reveal “a gross injustice” when it comes to global inequality that should serve as “a shocking and stark reminder that the finance for an energy transformation is certainly available.”

However, the report points out: “The political will to drive the transformation is, on the other hand, shockingly absent,” as evidenced by “weak pledges of emission reductions” issued ahead of COP21 climate change negotiations scheduled to begin later this month.

“This report is a wake up call for policy makers and governments,” said FOEI program coordinator Sam Cossar-Gilbert. “Our world faces two destructive and entwined crises—growing inequality and climate change. The time has come to address them together.”    Article synopsis
