2021-12-10 Most Reported U.S. Omicron Cases Have Hit the Fully Vaccinated — CDC Most of the 43 COVID-19 cases caused by the Omicron variant identified in the United States so far were in people who were fully vaccinated, and a third of them had received a booster dose, according to a U.S. report published on Friday. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said that of the 43 cases attributed to Omicron variant, 34 people had been fully vaccinated. 2021-12-10 FDA Now Wants 75 Years to Release Pfizer Vaccine Documents “ … it is dystopian for the government to give Pfizer billions, mandate Americans to take its product, prohibit Americans from suing for harms, but yet refuse to let Americans see the data underlying its licensure.” The documents in question stem from a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed in August by Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT).

The agency said it can release an initial batch of approximately 12,000 pages by the end of January. Past that date, the FDA said it can process and disclose only 500 pages of documents per month. This would mean the entire cache of documents would not be fully released until 2096. The FDA’s initial timeline would have meant the release of the documents would not be completed until 2076, or 55 years from now. 2021-12-10 ACTION ALERT: Protect Americans’ Rights to Medical Freedom H.R. 550, a federal bill passed Nov. 30  by the U.S. House of Representatives, would expand state and local health department vaccine-tracking systems to monitor the vaccination status of American citizens. States would provide the information to the federal government.

The bill, “Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2021,” will be difficult to stop as it already has bipartisan support. It passed the house with the support of 294 U.S. Representatives, including all Democrats and 80 Republicans. The bill is now under consideration by the U.S. Senate where, if passed, it could be implemented in under 12 months.

H.R. 550 it would lead to a monumental invasion of our rights as American citizens. 2021-12-10 CDC Pushes 3rd Shot for Teens, as Number of Deaths Reported to VAERS After COVID Vaccines Nears 20,000 VAERS data released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention included a total of 946,463 reports of adverse events from all age groups following COVID vaccines, including 19,886 deaths and 150,946 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020, and Dec. 3, 2021. 2021-12-10 Chief Justice Rejects Request to Block Air Travel Mask Mandate Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts on Thursday dismissed an emergency request to block the federal mask mandate for air travel amid litigation in the lower courts. Michael Seklecki, a Florida resident, filed a lawsuit against the Transportation Security Administration on behalf of himself and his 4-year-old son, and Lucas Wall, from Washington, joined the suit, all citing medical reasons. The government argued in an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. 2021-12-10 Minnesota Bar Owner Who Defied Virus Orders Found Guilty The owner of a bar in Albert Lea was found guilty Thursday of six criminal misdemeanor charges and sentenced to 90 days in jail for defying Gov. Tim Walz’s executive orders to close her business last winter. The jury found Lisa Hanson, 57, guilty after deliberating for an hour, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported. Prosecutors had asked that Hanson be fined $500 and jailed for several days, but Judge Joseph Bueltel gave her a 90-day jail sentence and a $1,000 fine, saying he wanted to send a message to people who violate executive orders. Hanson has also been hit with fines totaling over $27,000 from separate legal actions brought after she left the state while facing the charges. 2021-12-10 New York to Issue Mask Mandate for Businesses Without Vaccine Requirements New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) announced Friday that the state will implement an indoor mask mandate for businesses that do not require vaccinations for customers and staff, citing rising COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations. Starting Monday, all indoor businesses will have to either validate people’s vaccination status or mandate all people age 2 and older wear a mask. 2021-12-10 Fauci Says Omicron-Specific Version of COVID Vaccines May Not Be Necessary Anthony Fauci isn’t convinced COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers are going to need to produce an Omicron-specific version of their vaccines. Rather, the long-time director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases suggested to STAT in an interview Thursday, it’s possible the current vaccines will provide enough protection against the new variant for most vaccinated and boosted individuals. 2021-12-10 Natural Immunity More Protective Over Time Than COVID Vaccination: Study Immunity people enjoy after recovering from COVID-19 is better than the protection bestowed from vaccination, according to a new study from Israel. Researchers analyzing data from the county’s health database from August to September found both COVID-19 infections and severe disease were higher among the vaccinated than those who recovered from the illness, also known as people with natural immunity. 2021-12-10 South Korea Reports Its Worst Virus Surge Since Pandemic; 81% Fully Vaccinated New coronavirus infections in South Korea exceeded 7,000 for the third consecutive day on Friday, as the worst surge since the start of the pandemic overwhelmed hospitals and depleted healthcare workforce. Around 41.5 million people, or 81% of the population of over 51 million, have been fully vaccinated, but only 10% have received booster shots. The new rules enforced this week ban private gatherings of seven or more people in the greater capital area and require adults to verify their vaccination status at restaurants and other indoor venues. 2021-12-10 Europe’s Medicine Agency Says Omicron Cases Appear Mild, Echoing the U.S. CDC Europe’s medicines agency said on Thursday that reported cases of the Omicron virus variant so far appear mild. It hedged its announcement, saying that more work was being done to figure out how the variant impacts people. 2021-12-10 Japan Researchers Use Ostrich Cells to Make Glowing COVID Detection Masks Japanese researchers have developed masks that use ostrich antibodies to detect COVID-19 by glowing under ultraviolet light. The discovery by Yasuhiro Tsukamoto and his team at Kyoto Prefectural University in western Japan could provide for low-cost testing of the virus at home, they said in a press release. In a small study, test subjects wore the masks, and after eight hours, the filters were removed and sprayed with a chemical that glows under ultraviolet light if the virus is present. 2021-12-09 The Coronavirus Can Infect Body Fat, New Research Suggests — A Clue About Obesity’s Link to Severe COVID More than two-thirds of American adults are obese or overweight, putting them at elevated risk of severe COVID-19 illness and death. Obesity in particular may triple the risk of hospitalization from the disease. But for most of the pandemic, scientists haven’t understood why. While obesity-related conditions such as diabetes and heart disease can independently raise the risk of severe COVID-19, scientists now have evidence that body fat may be a contributing factor. 2021-12-09 South Carolina GOP Removes Private COVID Vaccine Ban in Sudden Switch For five hours Thursday, the South Carolina House debated a proposal to prevent private companies in South Carolina from firing employees who refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine. Then, just before members were set to vote, Republican leadership stripped that ban from the bill, leaving it only banning COVID-19 vaccine mandates for state and local government employees, contractors and public school students. The proposal requires employers to honor religious or medical exemptions and said a medical exemption can include a prior positive COVID-19 test, pregnancy or presence of coronavirus antibodies. 2021-12-09 Anti-Vaccine Doctor Fired for Trying to Treat COVID Patients With Ivermectin A Mississippi doctor said he was fired from his job at a local hospital after trying to treat COVID-19 patients with anti-parasite drug ivermectin. Dr. John Witcher, an emergency room physician, said he was let go from Baptist Memorial Hospital in Yazoo City, Mississippi, for taking three COVID-19 patients off Remdesivir, an antiviral drug approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat the virus, and instead trying to put them on ivermectin. 2021-12-09 Amtrak to Congress: Service Cuts Are Coming Over Vaccine Rules An Amtrak executive told Congress on Thursday the railroad doesn’t expect to have enough people to operate all of its trains next month, when a federal coronavirus vaccination mandate takes effect. Amtrak President Stephen Gardner said about 5% of its workforce has yet to get vaccinated less than four weeks before the Jan. 4 deadline. Amtrak last month warned it would send letters to uncompliant workers starting Dec. 8 in preparation for termination Jan. 4. The railroad is expected to publish a revised service schedule next week to reflect the cuts. 2021-12-08 Mass Vaccination Was Supposed to Restore ‘Normalcy.’ So Why Are Excess Deaths on the Rise? Throughout the pandemic, public health officials dangled mass injections as the only solution to end the pandemic and save lives from COVID. Now even with mass injections and some receiving two and even three shots, excess deaths are rising.

• In the week ending Nov. 12, the U.K. reported 2,047 more deaths than occurred during the same period between 2015 and 2019 — heart disease and strokes appear to be behind many of the excess deaths.
• In the last 13 weeks alone, about 107,700 seniors died above the normal rate, despite a 98.7% injection rate.
• In Vermont, where the majority are also injected, excess deaths are the highest they’ve been since before the pandemic.
• An investigation using official data from NHS and the U.K.’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) found that deaths among teenagers increased 47% since they started getting COVID-19 shots.
• Deaths from COVID-19 also went up among 15- to 19-year-olds after the shots were rolled out for this age group.
• Even with mass injections and some receiving two and even three shots in their arm, excess deaths are rising.

2021-12-08 Can Your Landlord Evict You for Not Getting a COVID Vaccine? In our opinion, a person cannot be evicted or denied housing based on their vaccine status. Doing so invades the fundamental right of privacy, the right to make medical decisions for their family and ultimately interferes with their medical freedom.

A landlord-tenant relationship is a contractual one, usually governed by local law and the terms of the lease. Landlords and property managers must comply with the implied warranty of habitability for residential tenants. A landlord may exploit the provisions of the lease by asking for proof of vaccination under the pretext of maintaining a safe and habitable environment for all. However, because vaccinated people can become infected with and transmit COVID to others, the “safe and habitable environment” argument should be moot.

this is uncharted territory as there is no robust, national regulatory scheme yet in place. That means it is possible that in the near future, refusing to comply with a landlord’s vaccination requirement may result in eviction proceedings. 2021-12-08 Pfizer CEO Says Fourth COVID Vaccine Doses May Be Needed Sooner Than Expected Due to Omicron Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said on Wednesday that people might need a fourth COVID-19 shot sooner than expected after preliminary research shows the new Omicron variant can undermine protective antibodies generated by the vaccine. Pfizer and BioNTech released results from an initial lab study Wednesday morning that showed a third shot is effective at fighting the Omicron variant, while the initial two-dose vaccination series dropped significantly in its ability to protect against the new strain. However, the two-dose series likely still offers protection against getting severely sick from Omicron, the companies said. “When we see real-world data, it will determine if the Omicron is well covered by the third dose and for how long. 2021-12-08 New COVID Fears Are Reviving Governments’ Worst Instincts For a while there, it looked like we were on the COVID exit ramp. Now it seems we’re likely to exhaust the Greek alphabet labeling variants that ripple outward from the coronavirus nucleus, keeping us awash in concerns over how to react to each new strain. The Omicron variant has yet to fully introduce itself. Our understanding of its transmissibility and severity remains sketchy at best. But that hasn’t kept it from leading daily newscasts that fill our ears with nervous speculation and fill the minds of global leaders with fresh incentives to shut down people’s lives in response. However, a Nov. 12 ruling by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals barred OSHA from enforcing the ETS “pending adequate judicial review” of a motion for permanent injunction. The country constructed “quarantine camps,” facilities where people who test positive for COVID, or come in contact with someone who tested positive, are confined. According to Freddie Sayers, journalist at UnHerd, Australia has become a “case study for what happens when a country will do anything to keep COVID numbers low.”

Hodgson told Sayers police tracked down everyone who came in contact with a friend of hers who tested positive for COVID. They captured Hodgson’s license plate using traffic cameras, and sent two undercover officers to her door. Police didn’t give Hodgson the option to test for COVID, but instead forced her into the camp under the threat of a $5,000 fine. 2021-12-06 Zero COVID Deaths Among Healthy German Kids Ages 5 to 11, Study Shows A new study from Germany showed extremely few deaths among healthy children overall — including zero deaths among children 5 to 11 — suggesting some studies are designed to distort the risk to kids.

Here is what we find for healthy kids with COVID-19:

• For healthy kids, the risk of going to the hospital is 51 per 100,000.
• For healthy kids, the risk of going to the ICU is 8 per 100,000.
• For healthy kids, the risk of death is 3 per 1,000,000 with no deaths reported in kids older than 5.
• Kids 5 to 11 have a lower risk than kids <5 and adolescents 12 to 17.
• Kids 5 to 11 have a risk of going to the ICU of 2 in 100,000; 0 died.
• Among kids who died of COVID-19, 38% were already on palliative/ hospice care.
• MIS-C/ PIMS was less common with Delta.

Because these risks were so low, we must demand robust evidence and large trials to show that the potential benefits of vaccination outweigh potential harms. The benefits (at best) are going to be very small — what is lower than 3 per million? — so even rare safety signals can tip the scale. The order, in response to Darla Smith’s petition to compel the hospital to administer the drug to her husband of 24 years, was, to some, kind of confusing, and that led to two days of lawyers negotiating its implementation, frustrating Darla’s attempts to have her husband receive the drug. It was junk science, aimed at discrediting the charity whose work had gained prominence — and funds — after being championed by Prince Charles. Large portions of the government’s contracts with the company over the supply of 189m vaccine doses have been redacted and any arbitration proceedings will be kept secret. The revelation comes as Pfizer is accused by a former senior U.S. health official of “war profiteering’’ during the pandemic. Mishandling the Vaccine Mandate Could Cost Lives When I worked as a correction officer at Rikers Island, it was understood that you were going to do overtime on your first day back from your day off and on the last day before you were going to be off again. But while overtime did occur, it was understood that there had to be limits, and for good reason: Being a correctional officer requires for you to be vigilant, awake and on your feet for most of the eight hours of a normal shift. This rule book has been thrown out the window for most of the pandemic. NBC reported that correctional officers have been forced to work triple shifts for 24-hours straight, due to a shortage of officers, many of whom were out sick or had died of COVID-19. 2021-12-04 Omicron Has Not Killed Anyone Says WHO as New Variant Cases Rise in U.S The World Health Organization (WHO) has said that as of Friday, there have been no fatalities linked to Omicron but warned it could take several weeks to determine how infectious the new COVID-19 variant is. The WHO’s assurance comes as the new variant first detected in South Africa last week has now been recorded in 38 countries. In the United States, at least 29 cases of Omicron across 11 states have been reported. 2021-12-04 Gilead Recalls Vials of Its Remdesivir COVID Drug in U.S. Over Glass Contamination The American biopharmaceutical company Gilead Sciences has issued a nationwide recall of two lots of its coronavirus treatment drug remdesivir because of the “presence of glass particulates,” the company said Friday. Remdesivir, known also by its brand name Veklury, is normally used for adults and children over 12 requiring hospitalization for COVID-19, and it is normally given by intravenous (IV) infusion once daily for up to 10 days. “An injectable product that contains glass particulates may result in local irritation or swelling in response to the foreign material. Giorgio first addresses the proposed Italian Parliamentary Decree that all citizens must now be obliged to carry a “green pass” (the Italian equivalent of our vaccination card) which implies that the government accepts no responsibility for any damage brought about by Big Pharma’s un-fully-tested vaccine.

His second point addresses the political problem of the “green pass,” which forces people to get vaccinated if they want to eat, have a social life, work a job, or generally try surviving.  The over-all picture he paints is of a society based on control-as-the-accepted norm. 2021-12-04 Omicron Variant Found in More Vaccinated People in U.S. as Resistance Concerns Persist The Omicron variant continues to crop up in vaccinated Americans as concerns about the new strain’s vaccine resistance persist. More than 20 cases linked to the variant across 11 states have been reported in the U.S. as of Saturday morning. Of these, eight are known to have been found in fully vaccinated individuals. 2021-12-03 Data Scientist Tells RFK, Jr.: ‘VAERS Is Telling a Very Frightening Story’ Data scientist and immunology researcher Jessica Rose, Ph.D., about the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) and what it tells us about COVID vaccine injuries, especially among children.

“VAERS is telling a very frightening story,” Rose told Kennedy. VAERS data show 618,548 adverse event reports (as of Oct. 29), but that number doesn’t account for under-reporting, explained Rose. (As of Nov. 19, the latest VAERS data show 664,745 adverse events, excluding foreign reports).

“If you consider the under-reporting factor, which I’ve based on the Pfizer phase 3 clinical data — which is probably questionable data anyway — the under-reporting factor is 31,” she said. So to get an accurate count of adverse events, “you need to multiply the VAERS numbers by at least 31,” Rose explained. “It’s really staggering. We’re in the millions.”

Rose said the VAERS data also show there are “children being inappropriately injected with these products.” She told Kennedy reports submitted to VAERS show young children receiving COVID vaccines not yet authorized for their age group. Though the February 2020 email indicated he downplayed the possibility of a lab leak, only two months later, Le Duc wrote in a separate correspondence to Phillip Russell, former president of the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, that it was “certainly possible a lab accident was the source of the epidemic and I also agree that we can’t trust the Chinese government.”

In the February 2020 email, Le Duc laid out numerous questions that he thought the WIV should address as part of an investigation into the possibility that the virus was “the result of a release from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (main campus or new BSL3/BSL4 facilities).”

Among the questions he posed:

• Where is coronavirus research conducted? What level of biocontainment?
• What are the coronaviruses in your possession that are most closely related to nCoV [novel coronaviruses] based on genetic sequences and are able to replicate in culture?
• Is there an inventory record of each isolate of each coronavirus kept? If so, are there any discrepancies between the record and actual current inventory number?
• How many people have access to the coronavirus stocks and laboratory? Senior investigators? Junior investigators? Technical support staff? Post-docs? Students? Animal handlers? Janitors and other cleaning staff? Building support personnel? Others?
• Is anyone on your team conducting gain of function studies, recombination studies or any other studies that may have resulted in the creation of the nCoV?
• Does a serum bank exist for staff and students working on infectious agents? If yes, could a current serum and the most recent banked serum be serologically tested for antibody to nCoV in an effort to document seroconversion?
• Does the institute have an occupational health clinic where employees and students can go to seek medical care? If so, was there any indication of unusual illness similar to that seen for nCoV among Institute staff?
• Where and when were the first Wuhan (or Hubei Province) residents infected with the nCoV first identified (hospital or clinic name/date of earliest cases)? Do staff members of the Institute reside in the district serviced by this (these) hospital/clinic(s)?
• Do staff members of the Wuhan Institute of Virology frequent the seafood/live market first associated with the nCoV outbreak? Did any staff member visit the market in the weeks prior to it being closed? If so, how many staff frequent the market? How often would they visit the market during the period of interest?

On April 13, 2020, Le Duc forwarded his email to Yuan to David Franz, former commander of the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, saying he had never received a response to his questions. Though the World Health Organization has been conducting its own investigation into the origins of SARS-CoV-2, many of the questions raised by Le Duc remain unanswered. And many scientists around the world fear there may never be a full, thorough and unconflicted investigation of the origins of SARS-CoV-2.

The April 2020 exchange between Le Duc and Russell shows that Russell, a physician, vaccine scientist and retired U.S. Army major general who died in 2021, was concerned that a “coverup” of the virus origins may be underway.

Pfizer COVID-19 shot increases myocarditis risk threefold Myocarditis and pericarditis cause symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath and a fluttering or pounding heart. Cases have occurred most often after mRNA COVID-19 injections (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), particularly in male adolescents and young adults, according to the CDC. Further, myocarditis occurs more often after the second injection, usually within a week. 2021-12-01 FDA Panel Recommends Merck COVID Pill, Despite ‘More Questions Than Answers’ A U.S. Food and Drug Administration advisory panel on Tuesday voted narrowly to recommend Emergency Use Authorization of Merck’s five-day pill to treat COVID, despite the panel expressing a host of concerns about the drug’s safety and efficacy. The drug, molnupiravir, sold under the brand name Lagevrio and developed with Ridgeback Biotherapeutics, is an antiviral medication that inhibits the replication of certain RNA viruses, including SARS CoV-2.

2021-11-30 Federal Judge Rejects DOD Claim That Pfizer EUA and Comirnaty Vaccines Are ‘Interchangeable’ A federal district court judge rejected a claim by the U.S. Department of Defense that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine being administered under Emergency Use Authorization is interchangeable with Pfizer’s fully licensed Comirnaty vaccine.

The FDA provided no explanation as to how the licensed Comirnaty vaccine and the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccine could “be used interchangeably” despite having “certain differences” that make them “legally distinct.” There are key differences between fully licensed vaccines and those authorized under EUA. EUA products are considered experimental under U.S. law. This means they cannot be mandated, and everyone has the right to refuse such vaccines without consequences.

Τhe Nuremberg Code, as well as federal law, provide that no human being can be forced to participate in a medical experiment. • In a high-quality study of all VA beneficiaries just published in Science, by September, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine was only 13% effective against infection, the Pfizer 43% and the Moderna 58%.
• In a new University of California study of more than 500 vaxxed and unvaxxed people who tested positive for COVID, the amounts of virus in saliva were the same. They could transmit the infection to others, equally.
• The UK’s top vaccine expert, Sir Andrew Pollard, said in August, regarding COVID vaccines: “Herd immunity is not a possibility. We need to focus on how do we prevent dying or going to hospital.”
• Please understand this: Since we cannot achieve herd immunity with our vaccines, the inevitable result is that practically everyone will eventually get the disease.
• Vaccines cannot achieve safe schools and workplaces, because the vaccinated can still transmit, even when asymptomatic.
• While public health leaders are hoping frequent boosters will kick the can down the road, there is no reason to think boosters will prevent transmission, when the initial series didn’t.
• Instead, it is crucial that we immediately focus on preventing severe disease and death — and early treatment can do this. It saves hospitalizations and lives. This is great news.

That’s likely true, but based on science, that doesn’t mean the variant is more lethal than Delta or others — in fact, it’s probably more mild.

And the bioweapons apparently are targeting us. The only threat to the billionaires is if billions of people rise up and seize their assets. But the peasants cannot rebel if they are chronically ill and dependent on the cartel for survival.

All of these rights that the founders of our country died for, sacrificed their properties, their livelihoods, to give us the Bill of Rights, and all of these rights over 20 months have been obliterated, taken from the American people — but not just the American people. This is a global coup d’état against liberal democracies across the planet. They will never give them back unless we make them.

And the Green Pass is their coup d’état. The Green Pass is how they consolidate their power over your lives. The Green Pass is not a public health measure. It is a tool for totalitarian control of your transportation, your bank account, your movement, every aspect of your life. And this is not a new idea. This is the same idea they used in Germany in 1937. They issued a pass for people they wanted to control. And when the South African apartheid government wanted to control the black population of South Africa, what was the most important thing they did? They issued a green pass.

Fear stops us from exercising critical thinking. It allows us to believe that if we just do what we’re told then that that is the only way to save our lives.
