2021-12-20 Pfizer’s Analysis of Vaccine Data Revealed Safety Concerns, Newly Released Documents Show A document released by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration shows Pfizer’s own analysis of adverse events following its COVID vaccine revealed safety concerns yet the FDA refuses to acknowledge them.

Pfizer’s repeated assurances that no new safety issues exist are disingenuous at best. The FDA was overtly obstructive by withholding crucial information required to make an accurate assessment of harm. 2021-12-20 Facebook’s Zuckerberg Called Out by The BMJ for ‘Incompetent’ Fact Check on Pfizer Story In an open letter to Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, The BMJ calls the tech giant’s fact checkers “inaccurate, incompetent and irresponsible,” saying they failed to “provide any assertions of fact that The BMJ article got wrong.”

The BMJ article last month documented a host of poor practices that may have hurt data integrity and patient safety in the Phase 3 trial for Pfizer’s COVID vaccine. A whistleblower had supplied The BMJ with internal company documents, photos, audio recordings and e-mails from a contract research company overseeing some trial sites. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration declined to inspect the affected sites despite receiving a direct complaint in 2020, The BMJ said. Pfizer’s vaccine, called Comirnaty, received approval in August 2021.

In an open letter Friday, The BMJ editors explained how some readers are unable to post its Nov. 2 article on Facebook. 2021-12-20 Judge Says Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Goes Beyond Workplace and Into Public Health, Blocks It A federal judge in Missouri issued a preliminary injunction Monday blocking President Joe Biden‘s COVID vaccine mandate for federal contractors in 10 states, saying it extended beyond the president’s authority and was more of a public health mandate than a workplace mandate. The decision comes in addition to the nationwide halt to the mandate issued by a federal judge in Georgia on Dec. 7. More than half the states and coalitions of business and religious groups are asking the justices for emergency action to block the administration’s nationwide vaccine-or-testing mandate for large businesses, which would cover about 80 million workers. According to Pfizer’s press release, the phase 1/2/3 trial initially enrolled up to 4,500 children ages 6 months to under 12 in the U.S, Finland, Poland and Spain from more than 90 clinical trial sites. The trial enrolled children with or without prior evidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection, despite more than 140 studies showing natural immunity derived from previous SARS-CoV-2 infection is long-lasting, robust and durable. The companies also are testing a third dose in 5- to 11-year-olds and a third dose for adolescents between 12 and 17

2021-12-20 CDC Monitoring 8 Cases of Heart Inflammation in 5- to 11-Year-Olds Who Got Pfizer Vaccine On the same day the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it was aware of eight cases of heart inflammation in 5- to 11-year-olds vaccinated with Pfizer’s COVID vaccine, Pfizer and BioNTech announced they would seek full approval for their Comirnaty COVID vaccine for children 12 through 15.

According to the Canadian COVID Care Alliance (CCCA) — a group of more than 500 independent Canadian doctors, scientists and healthcare practitioners committed to providing evidence-based information to the public about COVID, Pfizer’s original clinical trial of 12- to 15-year-old was too small to show risk and showed no benefit — only 1,005 participants were vaccinated and 978 received the placebo. Pfizer boasted great results during the clinical trial, but the adolescents they tested were at a statistically 0% risk of death from COVID, so receiving the vaccine wouldn’t have benefited them in the first place, CCCA said. 2021-12-20 26-Year-Old’s Death From Heart Inflammation ‘Probably’ Caused by Pfizer COVID Vaccine, Authorities Say Pfizer’s COVID vaccine “probably” caused 26-year-old Rory James Nairn’s death, New Zealand health authorities said Monday. The man’s fiancée warned people to pay close attention to symptoms of myocarditis after getting the shot.

The health officials attributed Rory James Nairn’s death, 12 days after his first COVID shot, to myocarditis. “With the current available information, the board has considered that the myocarditis was probably due to vaccination in this individual,” a COVID-19 Vaccine Independent Safety Monitoring Board said in a statement. Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle that can lead to cardiac arrhythmia and death. It can also result from infections, but more commonly myocarditis is a result of the body’s immune reaction to initial heart damage. Nairn’s death is New Zealand’s second reported death linked to myocarditis. But breakthrough cases happen so routinely on cruise ships these days, it’s become something of a trend. ​​All of the ship’s passengers age 12 and older were required to be fully vaccinated and to test negative to board the cruise, which left Miami on Dec. 11. Booster requirements are steadily rolling out across the country, even though the federal definition of “fully vaccinated” hasn’t yet changed from two shots of Moderna or Pfizer and one of J&J. Americans are split on what they think the definition of fully vaccinated is, according to Harris polling provided exclusively to Axios. 49% of adults said that “fully vaccinated” means two shots of Pfizer or Moderna or one shot of J&J, and 51% said that “fully vaccinated” now includes a booster. 2021-12-16 YouTube Censors Bombshell Joe Rogan Interview With Cardiologist Peter McCullough In a move that will come as a shock to absolutely no one, YouTube is censoring clips of Joe Rogan’s interview with cardiologist Peter McCullough wherein the doctor laid out how early treatment of COVID is being actively suppressed by governments and big-pharma in favour of a blind pursuit to vaccinate everyone. Texas-based McCullough urged that treatments including ivermectin and monoclonal antibodies are being sidelined in order to “create acceptance for, and then promote, mass vaccination.” During the three hour long exchange, McCullough also spoke at length about vaccine side effects, including myocarditis in young people. The BMJ’s analysis comes as global attention focuses on the Omicron COVID variant, which appears to be more transmissible but less deadly than earlier strains. Abbott Refuses Pentagon Vaccine Mandate: ‘Have Only President Biden to Blame’ Texas Gov. Greg Abbott informed the Pentagon that he will not impose the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for the Texas National Guard. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on Aug. 25 directed all military branches to ensure service members receive the vaccine as numbers surged over the summer. Each branch of the military observed a different deadline, with the Air Force and Navy required to comply by Nov. 2 and Nov. 28, respectively. 2021-12-16 Army Has Over 3,800 Refuse to Get COVID Vaccine, Could Be Removed From Military Next Month More than 3,800 members of the Army have refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine by this week’s deadline, setting them up for a potential ouster from the military beginning in January. Six soldiers resisting the mandate were fired from leadership roles and more than 2,700 others have already been issued written reprimands, according to Army data. The Army, the largest U.S. military service, also reported the lowest number of members requesting religious exemptions. While 1,700 Army soldiers applied for exemptions, about 4,700 in the Air Force, 3,000 in the Marine Corps and 2,700 in the Navy made the requests, according to recent data from the services. 2021-12-16 Brazil Health Regulator Approves Pfizer COVID Shot for Ages 5 to 11 Brazil’s health regulator Anvisa said on Thursday it has approved the use of Pfizer’s (PFE.N)COVID-19 vaccine for children aged from 5 to 11 years old. The regulator said the benefits of mass-immunization far outweigh the risks associated with the vaccine. 2021-12-16 Vaccine Watchdog Committee Makes Pregnant Women Priority Group for COVID Vaccination Pregnant women have been made a priority group for vaccination following research showing they are vulnerable to more serious illness and pregnancy complications if they are infected with COVID-19. 2021-12-16 Small South Africa Patient Study Shows Omicron Breaking Through Booster Shots A small study of seven COVID-19 cases in South Africa shows the Omicron variant can break through booster vaccine shots, one of the scientists involved said on Thursday. A group of seven German visitors to Cape Town, aged between 25 and 39, were infected at some point in late November or early December with confirmed cases of the Omicron coronavirus variant. A copy of the study seen by Reuters said they all suffered only mild to moderate symptoms and none required hospitalization. Of the group, six were fully vaccinated with the Pfizer-BioNTech (PFE.N) vaccine, of whom five had also had a booster Pfizer shot while the sixth had received a booster dose of the  Moderna (MRNA.O) vaccine. A seventh had received an initial dose of AstraZeneca‘s vaccine (AZN.L), followed by a second and then third booster dose of Pfizer. 2021-12-16 Cleveland Browns Coronavirus Outbreak Leaves Over 90 NFL Players on COVID Reserve A COVID-19 outbreak has left over a dozen Cleveland Browns players infected with the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Even Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski has tested positive for the virus. As a result, over 90 players across the league are now on the NFL’s COVID reserve list. This may leave the Browns rather undermanned when they play against the Las Vegas Raiders this Saturday. Nevertheless, it looks like this game will still go on, even though the NFL ended up rescheduling 15 games last season due to the pandemic. 2021-12-16 Military Members Seek New Injunction Against COVID Vaccine Mandates U.S. military members involved in a lawsuit challenging the military’s COVID vaccine mandate on Dec.10 filed an amended complaint seeking a new injunction after a judge last month rejected the U.S. Department of Defense’s assertion the Pfizer-BioNTech and Comirnaty COVID vaccines are “interchangeable.”

in his order denying the injunction, Judge Winsor acknowledged that under the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) statute, “recipients of EUA drugs must be ‘informed’ … of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.” Judge Winsor also pointed out that DOD’s guidance documents explicitly state only FDA-licensed COVID vaccines are mandated.
