• 2,316 reports of anaphylaxis where the reaction was life-threatening, required treatment or resulted in death.

1. Academic progress At the end of the 2020-2021 school year, most students were about four to five months behind where they should have been in math and reading, according to a July 2021 report by McKinsey and Co., a global management consulting firm.

2. Social-emotional development Even early in the pandemic, school closings were harming students’ social and emotional well-being, according to a review of 36 studies across 11 countries including the U.S. By summer 2021, teachers and administrators in the U.S. said students felt more emotional distress, disengagement, depression, anxiety and loneliness than in previous years.

3. Behavioral habits The return to in-person learning has been accompanied by school leaders’ reports of increasing student misbehavior and threats of violence. These increases were more likely to be reported in larger districts and where most students had engaged in remote or hybrid learning — rather than in-person instruction — during the prior school year.

4. Physical health Adults have suffered hair loss, sore eyes, irritable bowels and skin flare-ups as a result of the pandemic. Homeland Security Says You’re a ‘Terrorist’ if You Speak Out On the latest episode of The Hill’s “Rising,” political commentator Kim Iversen broke down concerning new language in a U..S. Department of Homeland Security bulletin about domestic terrorism that could have potential ramifications for anyone questioning government institutions.

“The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors.”

Throughout the pandemic, many people accused of spreading disinformation or conspiracy theories turned out to be right all along. “It was originally a conspiracy theory that there would be vaccine mandates. It was misinformation to say the vaccine doesn’t prevent spread,” Iversen said. According to the DHS bulletin, people who spread MDM, “are possibly threat actors seeking to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence.” “So they’re saying that if you spread information that undermines public trust in a government institution like the Centers for Disease Control, or Federal Drug Administration, or the Pentagon or Congress it could lead to violence,” Iversen said.

2022-02-10 Epidemiologists: ‘Kids Deserve Medical Care Driven by Facts, Not Politics’ In an op-ed published this week, two physician epidemiologists said a proposed law in California to mandate COVID vaccines for all schoolchildren is not supported by scientific evidence, and will cause more harm than good.

In an op-ed published Tuesday on SFGate, Tracy Beth Høeg, M.D., Ph.D and Vinay Prasad, M.D., M.P.H., wrote: “As physician epidemiologists, we have analyzed the data and found that this mandate is not supported by the scientific evidence — which is why no European countries or other U.S. states have implemented their own.” The bill in question, SB-871, was proposed last month by Sen. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento). If passed, it would take effect Jan. 1, 2023. 2022-02-10 Australians Will Require Three COVID Vaccine Doses to Be Considered Fully Vaccinated Australians will now need three COVID vaccine doses to be considered “up to date” with their shots, but it will be left to individual states to set their own rules on booster mandates. On Thursday, the federal health minister, Greg Hunt, announced the government’s immunization advisory body had updated its guidance. 2022-02-10 AstraZeneca Sees $4 Billion in COVID Vaccine Sales as Revenue Soars AstraZeneca recorded a big jump in revenue on Thursday as it begins to take a profit from its coronavirus vaccine for the first time. The company recorded full-year revenues of $37.4 billion, an increase of 38% from the year before at constant exchange rates. Part of the boost came from $4 billion in sales of its COVID-19 vaccine, developed with the University of Oxford. 2022-02-10 Citing Religious Beliefs, Lawsuit Challenges NYC Vaccine Mandate Five Orthodox Jewish New Yorkers have joined a suit challenging the city’s vaccine requirements for indoor spaces. Two of the plaintiffs are rabbis at yeshivas. The suit, filed Feb. 7 in New York, challenges the “Key to NYC” program and a recent COVID vaccination mandate for religious and private school employees. The mandate was opposed by many haredi Orthodox yeshivas and groups representing them, including Agudath Israel of America. Three of the Jewish plaintiffs are parents suing on behalf of a total of 12 of their children, all minors, whose COVID vaccination they oppose on what they claim are religious grounds. The unnamed plaintiffs allege an “unprecedented abuse of power” in regard to COVID vaccine requirements for indoor spaces in the city. 2022-02-09 Appeals Court Refuses to Reinstate Federal Employee Vaccine Mandate While It Reviews Case A federal appeals court said Wednesday it would not reinstate President Joe Biden‘s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal employees while it reviews a lower court’s order putting the requirement on hold — potentially setting the stage for the case to go to the Supreme Court. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals did not explain its reasoning in the unsigned order that said the court was expediting its review of the case. The court said the Biden administration’s request to put the lower court’s ruling on hold was being “carried with the case,” signaling that the appeals court would not rule on the request until it had conducted a fuller review of the case. All of those service members received honorable characterizations for their discharges from service, meaning they are still eligible to receive veteran benefits. As of Wednesday, the Navy has granted 10 permanent medical exemptions, 250 temporary medical exemptions and 50 administrative exemptions to the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for active-duty service members, according to the release. After a 2021 ceremony that saw the Academy Awards downsize to a smaller gathering at Los Angeles’ Union Station, the Oscars will return to its traditional setting in the Dolby Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard for its upcoming ceremony on Mar. 27. It is not yet known if the audience size might be reduced this year. 2022-02-09 Lander Held on to Vaccine Maker Stock Months Into Tenure Serving as Biden’s top science adviser, Eric Lander, the head of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, publicly promoted COVID-19 vaccination efforts while having a significant financial investment in one of the vaccine makers, according to financial disclosures. Under the White House’s ethics agreement Lander signed, he had 90 days to divest his stocks after he was confirmed by the Senate on May 28. While Lander shed the bulk of that stock in June — including shares of BioNTech SE, the German biotechnology company and Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine partner — he waited until Aug. 5 to sell the remaining $500,000 to $1 million worth of stock he held in that company. 2022-02-09 Early ‘Lab-Grown’ COVID Virus Found in Sample Lends Weight to Wuhan Theory An early version of COVID-19 that appears to have been grown in a laboratory has been discovered in samples from a Chinese biotechnology firm. The finding lends weight to claims that the virus may have started life as a lab experiment that accidentally leaked out. Bioinformatics experts from the University of Veterinary Medicine and Lorand University in Budapest, Hungary, made the discovery by accident while examining genetic data from soil samples collected from Antarctica in late 2018 and early 2019. The samples were sent to Sangon Biotech in Shanghai for sequencing in Dec 2019, where they became contaminated with a previously unknown variant of COVID-19. Viscount Ridley, author of Viral: The Search for the Origin of COVID-19, said: “The unique mutations hint at it being an ancestral variant. 2022-02-09 Mexico City Gave Ivermectin to Thousands of COVID Patients. Officials Face an Ethics Backlash. As the coronavirus coursed through Mexico City early last year, ravaging neighborhoods and overwhelming hospitals, local officials made an unusual decision. They gave out tens of thousands of medical kits to COVID-19 patients containing ivermectin, an anti-parasitic medication. Mexico City officials eventually declared their effort a success. They issued an academic paper last spring saying the medical kits had significantly reduced hospitalization rates. That finding, they said, “supports ivermectin-based interventions” to ease the coronavirus pandemic’s burden on health systems. Now city authorities are facing a backlash. 2022-02-09 Bill Maher: What We’re Doing to Kids Is ‘Unnecessary and Horrible’ In the latest episode of HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” Maher tore into the medical establishment’s handling of COVID, asking “How wrong do you get to be? While still holding the default setting for representing science?”

“We’re making kids, who have a COVID survivability rate of 99.98% mask up like bandits. Unfortunately the thing that’s getting stolen is their education, their sanity and their social skills,” Maher said. 2022-02-09 Does Pfizer Shot Increase Kids’ Risk of Death by 5100%? Here’s What UK Data Tell Us. A Feb. 7 report by The Exposé stating Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine “increases children’s risk of death 5100%” contains concerning data that deserve further examination, however, a closer look at the data raises questions about the report’s conclusions. As stated above, though a large difference in mortality between the vaccinated and unvaccinated exists, it is impossible, based on ONS data, to come to any definitive conclusions about the safety of these vaccines because of the mismatched cohorts and the small number of unclassified deaths in one of the groups.

Let us now examine what this data may tell us about the effectiveness of the shots. How good are the vaccines at preventing deaths from COVID in this age group? There were two COVID deaths in 2,121,963 unvaccinated person-years. There were also two COVID deaths in 27,359 vaccinated person-years. This means the vaccine effectiveness (VE) = -7,557%. This is because the unvaccinated group is 76.57 times larger and had the same number of deaths due to COVID. However, the deaths in the vaccinated group occurred before the child had received a second dose.

By Pfizer’s methodology, blessed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), its product is 100% effective. This is a direct result of only counting deaths 14 days after the second dose. With “zero” deaths in the vaccinated and two in the unvaccinated, the vaccine is 100% effective in preventing death from COVID.

On the other hand, if we compare the two groups of adolescents aged 15-19, we find that there was one COVID death in the 127,842 person-years of the fully vaccinated group and 18 in the 1,587,072 person-years of the unvaccinated group. 2022-02-08 FDA ‘Anxious’ for Pfizer to Rush COVID Shots for Babies and Toddlers. But Why? Despite conclusive evidence young children have virtually no risk of severe complications or death from COVID-19, Pfizer, at the urging of federal health officials, is hustling to get infants and toddlers injected with experimental COVID vaccines.

• Feb. 1 Pfizer/BioNTech asked the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to grant emergency use authorization (EUA) for their COVID shot to babies and children aged 6 months through 4 years.
• The EUA will be for a two-dose regimen, with the possibility of extending it to a third dose, as two injections have been shown to be ineffective in 2- to 4-year-olds.
• Children aged 6 months to 4 years will get a dose that is one-tenth the adult dose.
• Were Pfizer to wait until the triple-dose experiment is completed, the EUA request would not be possible until late March 2022, and federal officials are reportedly “anxious to begin a vaccination program for the youngest children because the studies showed there were no safety concerns with two doses.”
• Meanwhile, Pfizer’s own data raise massive safety concerns, as they received 42,086 injury reports, including 1,223 fatalities in the first 2.5 months of their COVID jab rollout for adults.

Federal officials are reportedly “anxious to begin a vaccination program for the youngest children because the studies showed there were no safety concerns with two doses.” In other words, they apparently don’t care whether the shots are effective or not. They claim the shots are “safe,” so it’s OK to inject young children even though they might not gain any benefit. Does that make any sense?

In other words, we’re looking at a horrible tradeoff. You may get some protection against SARS-CoV-2 and its variants, but you’re weakening your overall immune function, which opens the door wide to all sorts of other health problems, from bacterial, fungal and viral infections to cancer and autoimmunity.

Is it really wise to expose babies and toddlers to such risks? Just because children aren’t dying within a few weeks of the shot does not mean it’s harmless and therefore safe to use. 2022-02-08 Twitter Bans Freedom Convoy Account, Ottawa Police Seize Truckers’ Diesel Fuel As police escalate pressure on the Freedom Convoy of truckers protesting Canada’s COVID vaccine mandates and Twitter bans the group’s account, public support for the protesters continues to grow.

Levant questioned the legality of police confiscating diesel fuel from protesters: “Taking away the diesel fuel is a low blow [because] it’s very cold in Ottawa and most of these truckers are living in the little cab in their truck so they need diesel fuel for heat. So by taking away their diesel fuel [Trudeau] is really freezing them out … I don’t know what legal justifications they have. The fuel is not illegal. Selling it, owning it, having it, is not illegal.”

The protest against COVID vaccine mandates is gaining popular support, according to Levant, who said: “There was an opinion poll that showed 32% of Canadians see themselves reflected in the truckers. And in our multiparty system that would make them the leading party of Canada if the truckers formed a political movement.”

The truckers may have the support of the Canadian people but they’re facing strong resistance from Canadian police who’ve facilitated armed raids against the protestors, stolen their supplies and even arrested organizers. Meanwhile, Twitter permanently suspended the Freedom Convoy account. 2022-02-08 Please Don’t Call This ‘Science’: How FDA, CDC Justified Approval of Moderna’s Spikevax The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s approval last week of Moderna’s Spikevax COVID vaccine — backed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — made a mockery of science and the regulatory process.

The FDA last week granted its seal of approval for a ghost vaccine that is unavailable in the United States — and it did so using a preordained process that made a mockery of “science” and of “regulation.” Days later, the CDC backed the FDA’s decision, using similarly flawed data and reasoning. The approval of Moderna’s Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine was an even greater travesty than the FDA’s approval last August of Pfizer’s Comirnaty shot.

That’s because Moderna has been even more secretive than Pfizer about its trial data, and because Moderna’s shot is linked to an even higher rate of heart disease than Pfizer’s. The FDA’s approval of the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine led people to believe they would get a fully licensed, FDA-approved vaccine — when in fact they were still getting the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine distributed under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). People can ask for the Comirnaty vaccine as often as they like — but it is not being distributed in the U.S. The Comirnaty vaccine is supposed to be the same formulation as the old Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, but the vials labeled “Comirnaty” are in a legal class of their own.

Because any adult who is harmed or killed as a side effect of an “FDA-approved” vaccine can sue the manufacturer. But if you are harmed in exactly the same way by an EUA vaccine, you are out of luck — the manufacturer and everyone in the chain of delivery has full immunity from lawsuits. The law depends on the label.

Now Moderna has the same legal advantage as Pfizer. Its “Spikevax” is the same formula as the old Moderna vaccine, but only if you are dosed with a vial bearing the “Spikevax” label can you sue for bodily harm. So, of course, the Moderna vaccine continues to be distributed, but Spikevax is not available in the U.S.

The approval of Spikevax is not just a legal sham. It’s also a scientific sham. FDA approval is supposed to include long-term safety testing, but there is no long-term data available for a product that has been in existence less than a year.

2022-02-04 The ‘Science’ of Manipulation: Researchers Craft Messages of Guilt, Shame to Foster Vaccine Compliance There’s an entire field of research dedicated to developing messaging designed to persuade “vaccine-hesitant” individuals to get the COVID-19 vaccine — and none of it has anything to do with facts.

None of the messaging examined by researchers involves conveying factual evidence that supports the claims — widely disseminated by Big Pharma, Big Media and public health agencies — that the vaccines are “safe” and “effective.” Researchers last month published the results of a clinical trial involving two survey experiments on how to manufacture consent for COVID vaccines. The Yale-sponsored study, “Persuasive messaging to increase COVID-19 vaccine uptake intentions,” examined how different persuasive messages affected 1) intentions to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, 2) willingness to persuade friends and relatives to get the vaccine, 3) fear of those who have not been vaccinated, and 4) social judgment of people who choose not to vaccinate.

In 2020, the WHO created a resolution asking member states to take measures to leverage digital technologies to counter “misinformation” and “disinformation” and worked with more than 50 digital companies and social media platforms, including TikTok and even Tinder, to support these efforts.

The efforts to eliminate “misinformation” resulted in unprecedented censorship of virtually anything that steps outside of state-sanctioned consensus and the creation of a captive audience primed to accept a singular narrative. A National Defense Authorization Act amendment in 2012 that legalized the use of propaganda on the American public makes it easier for governments to create self-serving narratives.

And thanks to a multi-billion dollar budget from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we are under the influence of the best messages money can buy — whether or not those messages are true. This is likely why the CDC, public health departments and mainstream media can make broad assertions like this: “COVID-19 vaccines were developed quickly while maintaining the highest safety standard possible,” and this: “Hydroxychloroquine shouldn’t be used to treat COVID-19,” and claim they are “fact.” https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/manipulation-guilt-shame-vaccine-compliance/

2022-02-04 6 Big Differences Between Natural Vs. Vaccine-Induced Immunity At the time the UK government and media were pumping out a narrative that most people who were becoming infected with COVID were unvaccinated, the prestigious Lancet journal quietly revealed that, in actual fact, 89% of cases were among the vaccinated.

• The COVID-19 jabs have comprehensively failed to do deliver “broad immunity.” They deliver narrow and short-lived, non-durable immunity that is inferior to the more robust, durable and broader-based immunity acquired following infection by SARS-CoV-2. Please read on.
• The illusory claim of “safe and effective” COVID “vaccines” still perpetuated by health authorities, vaccine manufacturers and the mainstream media is now severely battered. There is now overwhelming evidence of the failure of the jabs to prevent transmission (the primary purpose of conventional vaccines), most notably the omicron variant, the highest infection rates are consistently found in the countries with the greatest jab coverage, rapidly waning effectiveness in reducing risk of hospitalization and death, and an emerging picture of significantly under-reported and widespread vaccine injuries and disruption of the immune response (here, here and here).
• While there’s no doubt “they” achieved “mass and rapid deployment” at least in some parts of the world, there are other parts, such as the vast continent of Africa, where presently only 11% of the population are “fully vaccinated against COVID-19” (i.e., two doses).

More than this, there was no scientific basis to indiscriminately expose such vast numbers of people to the experimental jabs, regardless of their infection status, health status, susceptibility or prior immunity from previous infection.

Let’s now look a six big differences between natural versus jab-induced immunity:

1. Intramuscular jabs don’t induce sterilizing immunity in the upper airway

2. Intramuscular jabs induce immunity that wanes quickly while naturally acquired immunity is more robust and durable

3. Intramuscular jabs induce immunity to the spike protein of the original Wuhan strain of SARS-CoV-2, not the currently circulating forms such as omicron or delta

4. The payload of intramuscular jabs is not limited to the deltoid muscle as we were led to believe in the early days of roll-out

5. Intramuscular jabs rely heavily on inducing immunity through B cell IgG antibodies and not innate immunity or T cells

6. Might COVID-19 jabs awaken the sleeping dragon of autoimmunity?

How important natural immunity is for these younger populations – something health authorities have been mute on at a time when there has been unprecedented coercion for this group to receive COVID-19 mRNA jabs. That’s deception no.1.

For any population group that isn’t vulnerable to severe COVID-19 disease and COVID-19 death – which represents almost everyone since omicron has become dominant – the risk of serious adverse events almost certainly outweighs any benefits.

2022-02-04 CDC Panel Backs Moderna ‘Spikevax’ for 18 and Older, as COVID Vaccine Injuries Continue to Rise, VAERS Data Show VAERS data released Friday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention included a total of 1,088,560 reports of adverse events from all age groups following COVID vaccines, including 23,149 deaths and 183,311 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020, and Jan. 28, 2022.

Of the 10,527 U.S. deaths reported as of Jan. 28, 19% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 23% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 60% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated. In the U.S., 536.8 million COVID vaccine doses had been administered as of Jan. 28, including 315 million doses of Pfizer, 204 million doses of Moderna and 18 million doses of Johnson & Johnson (J&J).

U.S. VAERS data from Dec. 14, 2020, to Jan. 28, 2022, for all age groups combined, show:

• 19% of deaths were related to cardiac disorders.
• 54% of those who died were male, 41% were female and the remaining death reports did not include the gender of the deceased.
• The average age of death was 72.3.
• As of Jan. 28, 4,992 pregnant women reported adverse events related to COVID vaccines, including 1,597reports of miscarriage or premature birth.
• Of the 3,509 cases of Bell’s Palsy reported, 51% were attributed to Pfizer vaccinations, 40% to Moderna and 8% to J&J.
• 850 reports of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), with 41% of cases attributed to Pfizer, 30% to Moderna and 28% to J&J.
• 2,300 reports of anaphylaxis where the reaction was life-threatening, required treatment or resulted in death.
• 1,560 reports of myocardial infarction.
• 12,864 reports of blood clotting disorders in the U.S. Of those, 5,730 reports were attributed to Pfizer, 4,580 reports to Moderna and 2,506 reports to J&J.
• 3,878 cases of myocarditis and pericarditis with 2,387 cases attributed to Pfizer, 1,313 cases to Moderna and 166 cases to J&J’s COVID vaccine.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Oct. 29, 2021, granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine for children 5 to 11 years of age. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) went on to recommend Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine for 28 million American children 5 to 11 years of age on Nov. 2, 2021.

The FDA and CDC safety surveillance systems have found an increased risk of heart inflammation (myocarditis/pericarditis) following vaccination with Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. This observed risk was found to be highest in 12- to 17-year-old males, particularly following the second dose.

1. Natural immunity According to CDC data, an estimated 42% of children ages 5-11 had seroprevalence of previous COVID-19 infection as of June 2021. More recent estimates should suggest even higher seroprevalence rates among children, given that several months had passed since the time of this data point. The FDA’s risk-benefit assessment failed to account for the large proportion of children in the United States who already had COVID-19, recovered from it and now have natural immunity. For these millions of children, the risks of COVID-19 vaccination outweigh the benefits, as studies show natural immunity is superior to vaccine-induced immunity.

2. Underestimated myocarditis rates. The FDA’s risk-benefit analysis assumed an incidence rate of 106 myopericarditis cases per million children vaccinated. However, a Kaiser Permanente study found the actual myopericarditis incidence rate to be 208 cases per million children vaccinated.

3. Over-classification of COVID-19 hospitalizations. Pediatric hospitalization rates, while used as a marker of COVID-19 disease severity in children, can be inflated by the detection of mild or asymptomatic infection via universal screening. A Stanford University study found that 45% of pediatric COVID-19 hospital admissions were unlikely to have been caused by SARS-CoV-2.

4. Inflated COVID-19 hospitalization rates. According to COVID-NET data, as of December 25, 2021, the weekly rate of COVID-19 associated hospitalization ranged from zero to a peak of 1.1 per 100,000 children ages 5-11. At the time of the FDA’s risk-benefit assessment, the overall weekly average COVID-19 associated hospitalization rate in this age group was approximately 0.4 per 100,000 children. Rather than use the weekly average COVID-19 hospitalization rate since the start of the pandemic, the FDA’s risk-benefit assessment used an arbitrary average of the four weeks prior to September 11, 2021, resulting in a COVID-19 hospitalization rate of approximately 0.74 per 100,000 children (which is nearly double the average COVID-19 hospitalization rate of 0.4 per 100,000 children). This further skewed the FDA’s risk-benefit analysis in favor of vaccination.

5. Waning immunity. The FDA’s risk-benefit assessment assumed a constant vaccine efficacy over a time span of six months. This was an inappropriate assumption, as it is well established that the effectiveness of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine rapidly declines over time, with one study showing a drop below 50% effectiveness after five months.

6. Vaccine adverse reactions. The FDA only accounted for risks from myocarditis/pericarditis following vaccination, but failed to account for adverse reactions and other adverse events in their risk-benefit assessment. Over a six-month period, the FDA’s risk-benefit analysis estimated that 45,773 cases of COVID-19 could be prevented by fully vaccinating one million children ages 5-11. What companies would not do, in the past, was describe the results of a statistical analysis that proves X is false, then publish it with an Abstract that claims X is true. But this strange practice has become more common in the last two years. Academic papers are being published in which the abstract, the discussion section and even the title flatly contradict the content within. Why is this happening? There are at least three possibilities:

• The authors cannot understand their own data.
• The authors are being impelled by the editorial staff to arrive at conclusions that match the ascendant narrative.
• The authors and editors realize the only way to get their results into publication is to avoid a censorship net that gets activated by any statement critical of vaccination efficacy or safety.

But research practice has gone well beyond neglect. In fact, investigators are skewing statistics to make cheap, effective treatments look ineffective if they are in competition with expensive pharma products. This is ridiculously easy to do — all it requires is incompetence. Using the wrong statistical test, using a weak test when a stronger one applies — or just about any mistake in parsing the data — is far more likely to make compelling data appear random than the opposite. Is it always incompetence? 2022-02-02 FDA Grants Full Approval of Moderna’s Spikevax COVID Vaccine — Another ‘Bait-and-Switch?’ The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Monday granted full approval of Moderna’s Spikevax COVID vaccine for people 18 and older. Similar to the agency’s licensing last year of Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine, the approval raised a number of legal questions.

According to the FDA, Spikevax “has the same formulation as the [Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)] Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine and … can be used interchangeably with the EUA Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series.” However, in its approval letter, the FDA said Spikevax is “legally distinct” from the Moderna EUA vaccine.

The FDA made the same distinction between the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccine and the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine, which the agency fully licensed in August, 2021, a move that raised questions about liability and the legality of vaccine mandates.

No ‘fully licensed’ COVID vaccine actually available. While Moderna’s Spikevax vaccine is now fully licensed, the original Moderna vaccine will remain under EUA. Indeed, the FDA on Jan. 7 reissued the EUA. The FDA has also made it clear the Spikevax vaccine will not be available to the American public, announcing: “Although SPIKEVAX (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) and Comirnaty (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) are approved to prevent COVID-19 in certain individuals within the scope of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine authorization, there is not sufficient approved vaccine available for distribution to this population in its entirety at the time of reissuance of this EUA.”

These claims parallel the chain of events that followed the FDA’s full approval of the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine in August 2021. At the time, Pfizer and the FDA claimed Comirnaty was not yet available, as there were sufficient stocks of the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccine still available to be administered. 2022-02-02 CDC Admits Natural Immunity Trumps Vaccine Immunity — 5 Months After Touting Vaccines as Superior Five months after issuing a statement that vaccine immunity protects against COVID better than natural immunity, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention sent a report showing the opposite is true, at least when it comes to the Delta variant.

A Jan. 19 report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed natural immunity against COVID was at least three times as effective as vaccination alone at preventing people from becoming infected with the Delta variant. Overall, the study showed natural immunity outperformed vaccine immunity when it came to preventing infection and hospitalization from Delta. The results contradicted a previous CDC study, published in August 2021, which concluded vaccination was better than natural immunity. The CDC issued a media statement about the August study, which was widely covered by mainstream press. When a much larger Israeli study was published two weeks later, finding the opposite, the CDC did not offer any comment or analysis on the new data. “The CDC is now finally revising its position five months later,” said Dr. Madhava Setty, senior science editor for The Defender. “This is a major problem with the CDC and its data. 2022-02-01 Joe Rogan Up Against ‘Powerful Interests,’ as More Musicians Threaten to Remove Music From Spotify “Do you really think it’s a coincidence that days after Neil Young’s music was pulled off of Spotify he debuts a 4-month free trial to any person who wants to sign up for Amazon music — who has struggled to gain market share and has long-standing connections with all of the big money people in the game?”

Rogan’s statement came as the streaming platform Spotify on Sunday announced new rules designed to “combat” the spread of COVID “misinformation” on its platform. Rogan, Spotify’s star podcaster, signed a $100 million deal in 2020, giving the streaming service exclusive rights to his show. The podcast, available only on Spotify, reached No. 1 globally last year, the company said last month.

The new rules came after a handful of musicians, including Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen’s guitarist Nils Lofgren and Joni Mitchell, pulled their music catalogs from Spotify, in an effort to force Spotify to choose between their music or Rogan’s podcast. Author Brené Brown also joined the protest, stating she won’t release new episodes of her Spotify-exclusive podcasts “until further notice.”

Saagar Enjeti, Washington correspondent at The Hill, said there could be more going on behind the scenes. Investment firms who own the music catalogs — and who also have ties to pharmaceutical companies — may be calling the shots. “The people speaking out may be doing so organically, but it also happens to coincide with the financial or oligarchic interests of some very, very rich people,” Enjeti said in a “Breaking Points” episode that took a “deep dive into the hedge funds behind the campaign by Neil Young and others to cancel Rogan and boost other music services such as Amazon music.”

According to Rogan’s 10-minute video, his podcast was accused of “spreading dangerous misinformation,” citing specifically his interviews with Dr. Peter McCullough and one with Dr. Robert Malone.” “Dr. Peter McCullough is a cardiologist and he’s the most published physician in his field in history. Dr. Robert Malone owns nine patents on the creation of mRNA vaccine technology and is at least partly responsible for the creation of the technology that led to mRNA vaccines. “Both these people are very highly credentialed, very intelligent, very accomplished people and they have an opinion that’s different than the mainstream narrative. I wanted to hear what their opinion is. “I had them on and because of that those episodes, in particular, those episodes were labeled as being dangerous, they had dangerous misinformation in them.” Rogan said the issue he has with the term “misinformation” is that “many of the things we thought of as misinformation just a short while ago are now accepted as fact.”

“For instance, eight months ago if you said if you get vaccinated you can still catch COVID and you can still spread COVID, you would be removed from social media. They would ban you from certain platforms. Now that’s accepted as fact. “If you said, I don’t think cloth masks work, you would be banned on social media. Now that’s openly, repeatedly stated on CNN. “If you said, I think it’s possible that COVID-19 came from a lab, you would be banned from many social media platforms. 2022-01-25 Flawed CDC Study Wrongly Concludes COVID Vaccines Safe in Pregnancy The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendation that pregnant women get the COVID-19 vaccine is based on limited data, poorly matched cohorts and inexcusably low representation of pregnant women in their first trimester

A lot of medications are contraindicated during pregnancy including simple pain meds like non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Ibuprofen), antidiarrheals, decongestants, antihistamines, nasal sprays and expectorants. Women are advised not to take these medications during pregnancy because they pose potential risks to the developing fetus.

For decades, expectant mothers have been considered a vulnerable group to be shielded from potential harms of research for the sake of their fetuses’ health. In 1977, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued guidelines excluding pregnant women and women “with childbearing potential” from phase I and phase II clinical trials, where new drugs are tested for safety and efficacy.

This view stemmed, in part, from tragedies caused by two now-infamous drugs that were widely prescribed to pregnant women in the mid-20th century: thalidomide, which caused thousands of children around the world to be born with flipper-like limbs and other birth defects, and diethylstilbestrol, which was linked to higher rates of cancer in both mothers and the daughters born to them. This view changed however in 1993, with the passage of the National Institutes of Health Revitalization Act, which sought to increase gender and racial diversity in clinical trials.

The exosomes are picked up by microglia, immune cells in your brain, which activate an inflammatory response, which can contribute to degenerative brain disorders.
• Two microRNAs, miR-148a and miR-590, are central in this process. These microRNAs — excreted in the exosomes along with the spike protein — significantly disrupt the type-1 interferon response in any cell, including immune cells.
• On average, there are twice as many reports of cancer following the COVID shots compared to all other vaccines combined over the last 31 years.
• The fact that the signal is that strong is even more remarkable when you consider that most people don’t think the COVID shot could be a variable in their cancer emergence, so they never report it.

2022-01-24 How Billions in COVID Stimulus Funds Led Hospitals to Prioritize ‘Treatments’ That Killed, Rather Than Cured, Patients In the second half of an interview this month on Del Bigtree’s “The Highwire” — “COVID-19: Following the Money” — policy analyst A.J. DePriest reported on the impact of billions in COVID stimulus funds, which, according to some doctors and lawyers, turned hospitals and medical staff into “bounty hunters,” and COVID patients into “virtual prisoners.”

Highlighting the slew of CMS add-ons and other incentives established with the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act — and also the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act (PPPHCEA) — they emphasized the payments hinge on hospitals’ willingness to slavishly follow the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH’s) guidelines “for all things related to COVID-19.”

As itemized by Vliet and Shultz, compliant hospitals garner CMS payments for:

• Each completed diagnostic test (required in the emergency room or upon admission).
• Each COVID-19 diagnosis.
• Each COVID admission.
• Use of the intravenously administered Gilead drug remdesivir (brand name Veklury), which yields a 20% bonus payment on the entire hospital bill.
• Mechanical ventilation.
• COVID-19 listed as cause of death.

Citing a Becker’s Hospital Review breakdown, published in April 2020, of CARES Act payments to different states, DePriest told Bigtree payments ranged from $166,000 per COVID patient in Tennessee hospitals, for example, to far higher payments in states such as North Dakota ($339,000), Nebraska ($379,000) and West Virginia ($471,000).

In addition, for hospitals ascertained to be in COVID “hotspots,” HHS distributed special “high-impact” funds — $77,000 per admission initially, later downsized to $50,000 per admission.
