In my opinion, corporate fascism is the one ruling America.
It is better described as the Military Industrial Complex (MIC). It owns both the Republican and Democratic Parties (who play good cop, bad cop with their bases) and the mainstream media which acts to censor or prevent political debate and discussion in opposition to any important MIC narratives.
The MIC advances its total control and brainwashing of the American people via natural and orchestrated events such as wars like Korean, Vietnam, Iraq, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan; international political coups; assassinations; economic recessions; natural disasters; 9/11& other fabricated external and internal enemies; pandemics; militarization of the police; contrived political party conflict; corporate capitalism; favoring money interests; controlled & restricted election systems; massive media and internet censorship; etc. America has become Fascism’s dream come true!

fascism, political ideology and mass movement that dominated many parts of central, southern, and eastern Europe between 1919 and 1945 and that also had adherents in western Europe, the United States, South Africa, Japan, Latin America, and the Middle East. Europe’s first fascist leader, Benito Mussolini, took the name of his party from the Latin word fasces, which referred to a bundle of elm or birch rods (usually containing an ax) used as a symbol of penal authority in ancient Rome. Although fascist parties and movements differed significantly from one another, they had many characteristics in common, including extreme militaristic nationalism, contempt for electoral democracy and political and cultural liberalism, a belief in natural social hierarchy and the rule of elites, and the desire to create a Volksgemeinschaft (German: “people’s community”), in which individual interests would be subordinated to the good of the nation. https://www.britannica.com/topic/fascism
Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian, ultranationalist political ideology and movement,[1][2][3] characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation and race, and strong regimentation of society and the economy.[2][3] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fascism
Fascism a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism. https://www.dictionary.com/browse/fascism
Fascism Many experts agree that fascism is a mass political movement that emphasizes extreme nationalism, militarism, and the supremacy of both the nation and the single, powerful leader over the individual citizen. This model of government stands in contrast to liberal democracies, which support individual rights, competitive elections, and political dissent.
In many ways, fascist regimes are revolutionary because they advocate the overthrow of existing systems of government and the persecution of political enemies. However, when it advances their interests, such regimes can also be highly conservative in their championing of traditional values related to the role of women, social hierarchy, and obedience to authority. And although fascist leaders typically claim to support the everyman, in reality their regimes often align with powerful business interests. https://world101.cfr.org/historical-context/world-war/what-fascism
U.S. Government as a Corporation
Is the U.S. Government a Corporation? The Corporate Origins of Modern Constitutionalism
The U.S. Constitution is best understood not as a “social contract,” but as a popularly issued corporate charter. The earliest American colonies were literal corporations of the Crown and, like all corporations, were ruled by limited governments established by their charters. From this, Americans derived their understanding of what a constitution is—the written charter of a sovereign that ordains and limits a government. The key Federalist innovation was to substitute the People for the King as the chartering sovereign. This effectively transferred the “governance technology” of the corporation to the civil government—including the practice of delegating authority via a written charter, charter amendment, and judicial review. Federalists used these corporate practices to frame a government that united seeming irreconcilables—a government energetic yet limited, republican yet mixed, popular yet antipopulist—yielding a corporate solution to the problem of arbitrary rule. Leading founders considered this new government a literal chartered corporation of the People. https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/american-political-science-review/article/abs/is-the-us-government-a-corporation-the-corporate-origins-of-modern-constitutionalism/E8E2611FE9E9A205924F194BABBF4187
Corporatocracy is an economic, political and judicial system controlled by corporations or corporate interests. The concept has been used in explanations of bank bailouts, excessive pay for CEOs, as well as complaints such as the exploitation of national treasuries, people, and natural resources. It has been used by critics of globalization, sometimes in conjunction with criticism of the World Bank or unfair lending practices, as well as criticism of free trade agreements. Corporate rule is also a common theme in dystopian science-fiction media. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporatocracy
Corporations as People
How the 14th Amendment Made Corporations Into ‘People’ Originally adopted after the Civil War to protect the rights of formerly enslaved people, the 14th Amendment has exponentially expanded the protection of civil rights for all Americans over the past 150 years. It’s been cited in more litigation than any other amendment to the U.S. Constitution and has been at the center of many of the most famous Supreme Court decisions, including school desegregation (Brown v. Board of Education), abortion (Roe v. Wade) and same-sex marriage (Obergefell v. Hodges). Under U.S. law, these essential rights belong not only to American citizens, but also corporations—thanks to a few key Supreme Court cases and a controversial legal concept known as corporate personhood. https://www.history.com/news/14th-amendment-corporate-personhood-made-corporations-into-people
Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 558 U.S. 310 (2010), was a landmark decision of the Supreme Court of the United States regarding campaign finance laws and free speech under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. In a majority opinion joined by four other justices, Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy held that the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act’s prohibition of all independent expenditures by corporations and unions violated the First Amendment’s protection of free speech. In a dissenting opinion, Associate Justice John Paul Stevens argued that the court’s ruling represented “a rejection of the common sense of the American people, who have recognized a need to prevent corporations from undermining self-government. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizens_United_v._FEC#:~:text=Citizens%20United%20v.%20Federal%20Election%20Commission%2C%20558%20U.S.,was%20argued%20in%202009%20and%20decided%20in%202010 .

What Is Corporate Fascism? Is the US Government a Fascist Form of Government? The concept of a fascist government began in the early 20th century in Italy. Italy did not specifically label its government model as fascist—in Italy, it was known as “corporatism”. Americans have been taught that the effect of fascism is fascism. They are not taught to understand the structure of a corporatist (fascist) form of government, also known as corporate fascism.
“Fascism should rightly be called corporatism, as it is the merger of corporate and government power.” — Benito Mussolini (speaking of corporate fascism)
One of the easiest ways to identify fascism is by the actions of the government. Whether it is the Chief Executive, the Congress, or the Judicial branch of government, when government takes actions to protect the power of corporations, this is a step towards fascism.
When it becomes obvious that corporations hold more sway over the government than that of the people, this is a step toward fascism. It is the combination of corporate and government authority. When it becomes difficult to separate the power of government from the power of corporations, this is a step toward fascism.
Another symptom of corporate fascism is the erosion of individual rights. When corporate rights are expanded, they trample the rights of the individual. When seen from this perspective, it becomes easier to identify the eruption of corporate fascism. https://soapboxie.com/government/What-Is-Corporate-Fascism-Is-The-Government-Of-The-United-States-a-Fascist-Form-Of-Governance
