URGENT Action Needed by Jan. 18 — Help Stop Future COVID Boosters The FDA has scheduled a Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) meeting on Jan. 26 “to discuss the future vaccination regimens addressing COVID-19.” The vague description regarding the nature of the upcoming VRBPAC meeting lacks transparency. Regardless of their agenda, we must demand that VRBPAC looks at the data regarding the failure of the COVID-19 vaccine program.

2023-01-14 Trusted News Initiative Lawsuit: Stopping the Secret Media Cartel Earlier this week, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Children’s Health Defense (CHD) filed a first-of-its-kind, landmark antitrust lawsuit in an effort to protect freedom of speech and stop the deliberate, concerted efforts made by the legacy media, colluding with Big Tech, Big Pharma and the government, to suppress critical information.
This novel lawsuit filed on Jan. 10 against members of a partnership group of media conglomerates, the Trusted News Initiative (TNI). Members of the TNI include legacy media outlets: the BBC, The Washington Post, Reuters and Associated Press, along with social media and tech giants — Twitter, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Microsoft (LinkedIn) and Google (YouTube).
This lawsuit is seeking damages totaling millions of dollars based on the collusive censorship of online health and political news publishers who dared to question the narrative relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccine mandates and U.S. elections.
These efforts to silence organizations like CHD, RFK, Jr. and the other plaintiffs in this lawsuit had disastrous effects. Suppression of truthful information related to safe and effective treatments, harms and risks of COVID shots and more deceived the public and destroyed their ability for informed consent. 2023-01-13 CHD Lawsuit Defeats NY State Healthcare Workers COVID Mandate! In a groundbreaking decision filed today, NY State (NYS) Supreme Court Judge Gerard Neri held that the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers is now “null, void, and of no effect.” The court held that the NYS Dept. of Health lacked the authority to impose such a mandate as this power is reserved to the state legislature.
