URGENT: Lock your immunization records in CA’s Immunization Registry (CAIR) by Dec. 31, 2022 With the passage of AB 1797, beginning January 1, 2023, your vaccine records — and those of your children — will be accessible by schools, colleges, licensed childcare facilities, adult care facilities and more. Locking your records in CAIR will not prevent your doctor — and other medical professionals who treat you — from inputting your data into the state system, but it will prevent other facilities from accessing your records without your permission.
