2021-11-30 Federal Judge Rejects DOD Claim That Pfizer EUA and Comirnaty Vaccines Are ‘Interchangeable’ A federal district court judge rejected a claim by the U.S. Department of Defense that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine being administered under Emergency Use Authorization is interchangeable with Pfizer’s fully licensed Comirnaty vaccine.
The FDA provided no explanation as to how the licensed Comirnaty vaccine and the Pfizer-BioNTech EUA vaccine could “be used interchangeably” despite having “certain differences” that make them “legally distinct.” There are key differences between fully licensed vaccines and those authorized under EUA. EUA products are considered experimental under U.S. law. This means they cannot be mandated, and everyone has the right to refuse such vaccines without consequences.

2021-11-30 Greece Will Impose Monthly ‘Health Fee’ to Unvaccinated Adults Over 60 as Cases Surge On Tuesday, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announced the country would make COVID-19 vaccinations for all citizens of Greece who are over 60 years of age mandatory. 2021-11-30 City Declares Independence From California in Vaccine Protest A city in northern California has made a symbolic gesture of defiance against the state’s COVID mandates by declaring itself a “constitutional republic.” The city council in Oroville voted 6-1 in a declaration aimed at showing its opposition to measures aimed at mitigating the pandemic, such as requirements that schoolchildren be vaccinated. 2021-11-30 After Licensing Board Threatens Disciplinary Action, Maine Physician Asks Board to Define COVID ‘Misinformation’ In a letter to the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine, Dr. Meryl Nass, a practicing physician in Maine and member of Children’s Health Defense scientific advisory board, asked the board to define what it means by “misinformation” and “disinformation,” and to clarify what statutory authority the board has to discipline physicians.

- In a new University of California study of more than 500 vaxxed and unvaxxed people who tested positive for COVID, the amounts of virus in saliva were the same. They could transmit the infection to others, equally.
- The UK’s top vaccine expert, Sir Andrew Pollard, said in August, regarding COVID vaccines: “Herd immunity is not a possibility. We need to focus on how do we prevent dying or going to hospital.”
- Please understand this: Since we cannot achieve herd immunity with our vaccines, the inevitable result is that practically everyone will eventually get the disease.
- Vaccines cannot achieve safe schools and workplaces, because the vaccinated can still transmit, even when asymptomatic.
- While public health leaders are hoping frequent boosters will kick the can down the road, there is no reason to think boosters will prevent transmission, when the initial series didn’t.
- Instead, it is crucial that we immediately focus on preventing severe disease and death — and early treatment can do this. It saves hospitalizations and lives. This is great news.
Why doesn’t everyone know it? Because, had the benefit of existing drugs been acknowledged, there could have been no Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA) issued for vaccines, remdesivir or monoclonal antibodies — all of which are multibillion-dollar, patented products. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), “For FDA to issue an EUA, there must be no adequate, approved and available alternative to the product.” Hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin were approved, adequate and available — and cheap. Of the 8,898 U.S. deaths reported as of Nov. 19, 20% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 26% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 56% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.
Shares of major COVID vaccine makers surged amid the latest pandemic fears surrounding the new Omicron variant, CNN Business reported. Investors are hoping the vaccine makers will be able to quickly update their COVID vaccines to offer protection for the Omicron variant. 2021-11-29 Researchers Review COVID Database, Make a Huge Discovery When They Exclude Vaccinated People A new study touts the power of natural immunity to fight off the worst effects of the coronavirus. The researchers, who reported their results last week in the New England Journal of Medicine, examined 353,326 COVID-19 patients in the Arabian Peninsula nation of Qatar who were infected anywhere between Feb. 28, 2020, and Apr. 28, 2021. 2021-11-29 The Omicron Variant: Much Ado About Nothing? The World Health Organization is warning the Omicron variant can spread more quickly than other variants. That’s likely true, but based on science, that doesn’t mean the variant is more lethal than Delta or others — in fact, it’s probably more mild.
They are mutable and mutate, and via the Muller’s ratchet theory, we expect these to be milder and milder mutations, not more lethal ones given the pathogen seeks to infect the host and not arrive at an evolutionary dead end. The virus will mutate downward so that it can use the host (us) to propagate itself via our cellular metabolic machinery. The Delta variant has shown us this: It is very infectious and mostly non-lethal — specially for children and healthy people.
So is the WHO panicking the globe needlessly? Is this COVID-19 February 2020 once again? if you lock down your society too long and too hard, you deny the nation and population from inching closer to population-level herd immunity. And you have no economy or society from which to reemerge. You devastate your society for a pathogen that is largely harmless to the vast majority of people, especially children. They failed to tend to the non-COVID illnesses, and we locked down the healthy and well (children and young and middle aged healthy persons) while failing to properly protect the vulnerable and high-risk persons such as the elderly. During the Cold War the U.S. bioweapons program was designed to defeat the Soviets and counteract any attack on Americans. But under Fauci, the U.S. and China are collaborating on bioweapons research. At first this makes no sense. Isn’t China our biggest military adversary? If so, why are we developing bioweapons together with them? And if China is our ally in developing bioweapons then who exactly is the enemy they are targeting?
I think a strong case can be made that nation-states no longer exist (or nation-states only exist as an official narrative to keep the peasants in line in each country). Under global monopoly capitalism there are just two classes — the elites and everyone else (us).
Elites around the world have more in common with each other than they do with the average citizens in their country of birth (billionaires are billionaires — it does not matter whether they made their money from state monopolies in China or illegal monopolies in the U.S.).
And the bioweapons apparently are targeting us. The only threat to the billionaires is if billions of people rise up and seize their assets. But the peasants cannot rebel if they are chronically ill and dependent on the cartel for survival.
All of these rights that the founders of our country died for, sacrificed their properties, their livelihoods, to give us the Bill of Rights, and all of these rights over 20 months have been obliterated, taken from the American people — but not just the American people. This is a global coup d’état against liberal democracies across the planet. They will never give them back unless we make them.
And the Green Pass is their coup d’état. The Green Pass is how they consolidate their power over your lives. The Green Pass is not a public health measure. It is a tool for totalitarian control of your transportation, your bank account, your movement, every aspect of your life. And this is not a new idea. This is the same idea they used in Germany in 1937. They issued a pass for people they wanted to control. And when the South African apartheid government wanted to control the black population of South Africa, what was the most important thing they did? They issued a green pass.
Fear stops us from exercising critical thinking. It allows us to believe that if we just do what we’re told then that that is the only way to save our lives. It’s called the “Stockholm Syndrome.” And the captors, they lock down a whole country for a year, and people become grateful to their captors and think the only way we can leave here alive is if we have absolute obedience.
How many people here have heard of Event 201? If you haven’t heard of it, you should go look at it on Youtube. Event 201 was a simulation of a coronavirus pandemic that occurred in New York City in October 2019. We now know that COVID was circulating in Wuhan on September 12, 2019, so a month later, there is a simulated coronavirus pandemic in New York.
The people who came to that were the big social media companies, the media companies, Johnson & Johnson, the biggest vaccine company, and it was hosted by three people: 1) Bill Gates, 2) George Fu Gao who’s the head of the Chinese CDC, and 3) Avril Haines, the deputy director of the CIA.
the CIA does not do public health. The CIA does coup d’états. Between 1947 and the year 2000, the CIA was engaged in 73 coup d’états — most of them against democracies — one-third of the countries in the world. Miss Universe Contestant in Israel Has COVID Organizers of next month’s Miss Universe pageant say one of the contestants has tested positive for COVID-19. It was not immediately clear if she had tested positive for the newly detected Omicron variant. Israeli authorities have said they will go ahead with holding the pageant in the southern city of Eilat in December despite the rapidly spreading new variant.
