2021-11-19 FDA Wants 55 Years to Produce Data That Led to ‘Warp Speed’ Licensing of Pfizer Comirnaty Vaccine A group seeking documents from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration related to the agency’s licensing of the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine argued the agency should produce the data “108 days from today,” which it said “is the same amount of time it took the FDA to review the responsive documents for the far more intricate task of licensing Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.”
In August, Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHPMT), a group of over 30 scientists, medical professionals, international public health professionals and journalists, including Yale School of Public Health epidemiologist Harvey Risch, and others from institutions such as Harvard, Brown and UCLA, filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the FDA to obtain the data.
Fifty-five years. That’s how long the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) estimates it will need to fully release all documents connected to the approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.
The FOIA request asked for “all data and information for the Pfizer vaccine,” including safety and effectiveness data, adverse reaction reports and a list of active and inactive ingredients. PHMPT requested expedited processing of its FOIA submission on the basis that there is a “compelling need” for its swift release. PHPMT said in its request:
“[d]uring a time when COVID-19 vaccine mandates are being implemented over the objection of those that have questions about the data and information supporting the safety and efficacy of the Pfizer Vaccine, and individuals with these questions are being expelled from employment, school, transportation, and the military, the public has an urgent and immediate need to have access to this data.”

Pfizer somehow miscounted — or publicly misreported, or both — the number of deaths in one of the most important clinical trials in the history of medicine. On July 28, Pfizer and its partner BioNTech posted a six-month data update from their key COVID vaccine clinical trial, the one that led regulators worldwide to okay the shot. At a time when questions about vaccine effectiveness were rising, the report received worldwide attention. Pfizer said the vaccine’s efficacy remained relatively strong, at 84% after six months.
It also reported 15 of the roughly 22,000 people who received the vaccine in the trial had died, compared to 14 of the 22,000 people who received placebo (a saline shot that didn’t contain the vaccine). These were not just COVID deaths. In fact, they were mostly not from COVID. Only three of the people in the trial died of COVID-related illnesses — one who received the vaccine, and two who received the saline shot. The other deaths were from other illnesses and diseases, mostly cardiovascular.
Although the researchers released their update in July, the data was already more than four months old. They had stopped collecting information about deaths as of March 13, the “data cut-off.” But even at the time, their figures were somewhat troubling. In their initial safety report to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which contained data through November 2020, the researchers had said four placebo recipients and two vaccine recipients died, one after the first dose and one after the second. The July update reversed that trend. Between November 2020 and March 2021, 13 vaccine recipients died, compared to only 10 placebo subjects. Further, nine vaccine recipients had died from cardiovascular events such as heart attacks or strokes, compared to six placebo recipients who died of those causes. The imbalance was small but notable, considering that regulators worldwide had found that the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA vaccines were linked to heart inflammation in young men.

At best, the results suggested that the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine — now pushed on nearly a billion people worldwide at a cost of tens of billions of dollars and ruinous and worsening civil liberties restrictions — did nothing to reduce overall deaths.
Worse, Pfizer and BioNTech had vaccinated almost all the placebo recipients in the trial shortly after the FDA okayed the vaccine for emergency use on Dec. 11, 2020. As a result, they had destroyed our best chance to compare the long-term health of a large number of vaccine recipients with a scientifically balanced group of people who had not received the drug. The July 28 report appeared to be the last clean safety data update we would ever have.
On Nov. 8, the agency released its “Summary Basis for Regulatory Action,” a 30-page note explaining why on Aug. 23 it granted full approval to Pfizer’s vaccine, replacing the emergency authorization from December 2020. And buried on page 23 of the report is this stunning sentence: “From Dose 1 through the March 13, 2021 data cutoff date, there were a total of 38 deaths, 21 in the COMIRNATY [vaccine] group and 17 in the placebo group.” Pfizer said publicly in July it had found 15 deaths among vaccine recipients by mid-March. But it told the FDA there were 21 — at the same data cutoff end date, March 13.

2021-11-17 ‘Why I’m Not Vaccinated’: Journalist Makes Her Case in Newsweek Op-Ed In an opinion piece published Monday in Newsweek, journalist and political commentator Lisa Boothe outlined the reasons she won’t get the COVID vaccine, pleading for a little “common sense and bodily autonomy.”
“In a sane society, a personal decision [to not get vaccinated] would not warrant a column, or even an explanation,” Boothe wrote. “But we do not live in a sane society. As a healthy 36-year-old woman, COVID-19 does not pose a statistically meaningful threat to my life. I have a 99.97 percent chance of survival.” Boothe questioned the policy of testing only the unvaccinated “when it is now clear the vaccinated are also spreading COVID.” She also asked why natural immunity is being ignored and denied relevance “despite over 100 research studies affirm[ing] its effectiveness.”

2021-11-16 Court Deals New Blow to ‘Fatally Flawed’ Biden Vaccine Mandates, But What Does That Mean? Even as the court last week upheld its earlier decision barring enforcement of the Biden administration’s employer vaccine mandates, major media outlets continue to portray the many federal, state and local legal challenges to vaccine mandates as unlikely to succeed.
The many legal challenges now making their way through the system go far beyond the handful of cases that have recently received publicity in the mainstream press. They put forth a wide variety of legal and constitutional arguments that, at least in some cases, the U.S. Supreme Court is eventually likely to address.
On Nov. 12, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals barred the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) from enforcing — “pending adequate judicial review” of a motion for permanent injunction — the Biden administration’s COVID vaccine mandate for private businesses with more than 99 employees. In a 22-page ruling, the court called the mandate, which was supposed to take effect Jan. 4, “fatally flawed” and said OSHA shall “take no steps to implement or enforce the mandate until further court order.” The court said the mandate fails to consider that the ongoing threat of COVID is more dangerous to some employees than others.

In Singapore, the NTU research team found that emissions were modeled to have more than doubled (123%), during the pandemic period, while they increased two-fold in Los Angeles (100%), almost two-thirds (65%) in Long Beach, California, and over a quarter (27%) in Hamburg, Germany. 2021-11-16 Maryland Republican Says Complaint Filed Against Him for Prescribing Ivermectin to COVID Patient Rep. Andy Harris (R-Md.) said a complaint was filed against him with a medical board for prescribing ivermectin to COVID-19 patients. 2021-11-16 Why Ivermectin Is Superior to Pfizer’s Antiviral Pill Comedian and political commentator Jimmy Dore discusses a video by John Campbell, Ph.D. where he explains the similarities between Pfizer’s expensive new antiviral drug for COVID and ivermectin, and why ivermectin is better. “But there’s another drug, which is generic, called ivermectin, which works in the exact same way as the Pfizer antiviral,” Campbell said. “And there is conclusive proof from the scientific literature that the modality of action of the two drugs is the same. Both of these drugs inhibit viral replication.”
Campbell cited a number of scientific papers which highlighted ivermectin’s effectiveness as an antiviral against COVID, including:
- A paper from the Royal Society of Chemistry which concluded ivermectin exhibits “inhibition” to the “catalytic activity” which causes COVID to replicate.
- An article in Nature which found that out of the 13 off-target drugs tested by researchers, only ivermectin blocked viral replication of SARS-CoV-2 by more than 80%.
- A paper from The Royal Society of Chemistry which showed ivermectin, out of dozens of drugs the researchers experimented with, had the “highest score” when it comes to to stopping viral replication of SARS-CoV-2. Notably, the paper showed that Remdesivir, which is currently patented and approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, had the lowest score out of all of the compounds.
Campbell also pointed to a paper from Frontiers in Microbiology, which he said showed ivermectin not only attacked and bound to COVID’s spike protein which stopped it from infecting the cell, but also bound to the cell receptor. “So it doesn’t just work one way, but two different ways,” explained Dore. “It double screws it up so you can’t get COVID.” Campbell put it this way: “Not only does ivermectin bend the COVID key, but it also ruins the lock.”
