2021-11-10 Tell Congress: Investigate FDA’s Failure to Examine Claims That Pfizer Falsified Vaccine Trial Data Tell Congress to investigate the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s failure to look into documented claims by a whistleblower that Pfizer falsified data in its pivotal phase 3 COVID vaccine trial. On Nov. 2, The BMJ published an investigation into the poor research practices at Ventavia, a contract research company that conducted COVID-19 vaccine trials for Pfizer.
Brook Jackson, a former Ventavia employee told The BMJ that Ventavia: “ … falsified data, unblinded patients, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and was slow to follow up on adverse events reported in Pfizer’s pivotal phase III trial. Staff who conducted quality control checks were overwhelmed by the volume of problems they were finding.”
Jackson repeatedly notified Ventavia about her concerns, The BMJ reported. She also emailed a complaint to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). 2021-11-10 CDC Manipulated Studies In Order to Prop Up Official COVID Narrative Two studies published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — both of questionable quality — allow the agency to claim COVID vaccines are safer and more effective than they really are.
- Recent data from the U.K. Office of National Statistics reveals people who have been double jabbed against COVID-19 are dying from all causes at a rate six times higher than the unvaccinated.
- In the U.S., meanwhile, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is propping up the official narrative with two manipulated studies — one suggesting the jab reduces all-cause mortality, and another claiming the shot is five times more protective than natural immunity.
- Both studies are of questionable quality and have several problems, including selection of time and date ranges that allow them to pretend that the COVID shots are safer and more effective than they really are.
- According to all-cause mortality statistics, the number of Americans who died between January 2021 and August 2021 is 16% higher than 2018 (the pre-COVID year with the highest all-cause mortality) and 18% higher than the average death rate between 2015 and 2019.

2021-11-10 423 Million COVID Doses Administered. 3,100 Injury Claims Filed. $0 Paid Out. Hours after Diane Spears got the single-shot Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine on Mar. 27, she felt woozy and lethargic, and it only got worse from there. Doctors at two hospitals diagnosed the Oxford, Pennsylvania, woman with a blood-clot-induced stroke, but it was too late. She died on Apr. 6.
In July, after Diane Spears’ death, an attorney representing her family’s attorney submitted a claim to an obscure federal program that compensates people for serious side effects from vaccines, drugs and other treatments. People who claim injury under the program, however, face an uphill battle getting a favorable decision. Spears’ case is among 3,158 claims alleging injuries from COVID-19 interventions since the beginning of the pandemic. Of those claims, 1,357 allege injuries or deaths from the COVID-19 vaccine. 2021-11-10 Pfizer Asks FDA to Authorize Booster Shots for All Adults, as Vaccine Maker Puts ‘Profits’ Over ‘Public Health’ Pfizer and BioNTech on Tuesday asked the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to authorize a third dose of their COVID vaccine for all people 18 and older, even though advisory panels to the FDA and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in September overwhelmingly rejected a similar request. Pfizer and BioNTech said their FDA request is based on results of a study, conducted by the two companies, which has not been published or peer-reviewed.
The companies said the study of more than 10,000 volunteers showed vaccine efficacy against symptomatic infection of 95% or greater for people receiving the booster. According to the Associated Press, a median of 11 months after receiving their last Pfizer vaccine dose, trial participants were given either a third booster dose or a placebo shot. Researchers tracked any infections that occurred at least a week later. So far, five cases of symptomatic COVID occurred among booster recipients compared to 109 cases in the placebo group.

2021-11-10 Pfizer-Sponsored NBC News Caught Lying About COVID and Kids On a recent episode of “The Jimmy Dore Show,” comedian and political commentator Jimmy Dore called out Dr. John Torres, medical correspondent for NBC News, for overplaying COVID’s risk to children.
“This is a story about how money influences corporate news,” Dore said, before playing a compilation video of Pfizer sponsoring newscasts on CNN, NBC, CBS, Good Morning America, ABC News, MSNBC and 60 Minutes. “So what’s the result of all that Pfizer money going to newsrooms?” Dore asked. “Here’s how they’re going to report on the Pfizer vaccine being authorized for children who are at almost zero risk, according to the science.”
Torres recited statistics — including the statement that “there have been 146,000 COVID deaths [among children]” — that aren’t corroborated by any government health agency. “I don’t know where this guy is getting his information but it’s certainly wrong,” Dore explained. Dore pointed to an Oct. 8 article in USA TODAY which cited data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showing “fewer than 700 children have died of COVID-19 during the course of the pandemic.”

2021-11-10 Teen Diagnosed With Guillain-Barré After COVID Vaccine Thankful She Wasn’t Paralyzed and Didn’t Die Shelby Allen, a 17-year-old from Dyer County, Tennessee, is hospitalized with a rare disorder in which the body’s immune system attacks its nerves. She developed the condition after getting a COVID vaccine. According to the Mayo Clinic, initial symptoms of GBS include weakness and tingling in the extremities. The symptoms can spread quickly, eventually paralyzing the whole body. People with GBS usually experience their most significant weakness within two weeks after symptoms begin. Most GBS patients require hospitalization.
According to data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), there have been 22 reported cases of GBS in children 12 to 18 years old after they got a COVID vaccine, with 21 of those cases attributed to Pfizer’s vaccine. 2021-11-10 Eric Clapton Tells RFK, Jr.: ‘This Has Gotta Stop’ Eric Clapton, one of the most influential musicians of his time, is also now one of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s heroes. On CHD.TV’s “The Defender Show,” Kennedy and Clapton discussed the musician’s severe adverse reaction to the second dose of AstraZeneca’s COVID vaccine. The injury left Clapton permanently disabled, he said.Clapton told Kennedy how he came upon “the rabbit hole” of vaccine information, and described what happened when he went public with his vaccine injury. He also shared why being sober helped him cope with the entire ordeal.
“You took the vaccine. You got hurt by the first one. You believe the propaganda. You took the second one, and you essentially got disabled. You spoke out about your injury and the whole world came down and gaslighted you and marginalized you and vilified you, because you got injured by that product. And here they come after you because you’re not allowed to talk about that. And that is the big problem. The way they’re coping with injuries from these vaccines is to pretend they don’t exist and to punish people who get injured and try to talk about it.”
Clapton said he didn’t know what he was getting into when he went public with vaccine injury. “For me, the purpose of talking about my experience with the vaccine was so that someone in a room somewhere who was suffering side effects knew that he wasn’t the only one — because in England, nobody knows. If you talk to somebody about the Yellow Card system, which is the reportage of side effects, most people don’t even know it exists. It’s criminal, you know, that it has been withheld.”
Clapton said he believes it’s his calling now as much as anything else is to just stick out his neck and say, “Well, it happened to me. 2021-11-09 Top NIH Unvaxxed Scientist Willing to Lose Job and License, Will Argue Against Vaccine Mandates in Livestreamed Ethics Review Dr. Matthew Memoli, director of the Laboratory of Infectious Diseases at NIH, will argue against vaccine mandates during a Dec. 1 livestreamed roundtable session, which will be open to the public. “There’s a lot of debate within the NIH about whether [a vaccine mandate] is appropriate,” David Wendler, a senior NIH bioethicist in charge of planning the session, told the WSJ. “It’s an important, hot topic.” Memoli opposes mandates for the COVID vaccines authorized for emergency use in the U.S., and has chosen not to be vaccinated.
“I think the way we are using the vaccines is wrong,” Memoli said in a July 30 email to Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the NIAID, and two of his lieutenants. Memoli called mandated vaccination “extraordinarily problematic.” Memoli told the WSJ one of Fauci’s colleagues thanked him for his email. Memoli said he supports COVID vaccines for high-risk populations including the elderly and obese, but said, “blanket vaccination of people at low risk of severe illness could hamper the development of more-robust immunity gained across a population from infection.”

2021-11-08 Should You Vaccinate Your 5-Year-Old? If you’re agonizing about whether to have your young child vaccinated against COVID-19, be reassured: The risk is extremely low either way. Serious complications are so uncommon in this age range that of 2,186 children in the Pfizer vaccine study, no child in either the vaccine or placebo group developed severe illness from COVID.
There’s an important exception, though: If a child already had COVID, there’s no scientific basis for vaccination. Deep within the 80-page Pfizer report is this crucial line: “No cases of COVID-19 were observed in either the vaccine group or the placebo group in participants with evidence of prior SARS-CoV-2 infection.”
That’s consistent with the largest population-based study on the topic, which found that natural immunity was 27 times as effective as vaccinated immunity in preventing symptomatic COVID. Natural immunity is likely even more robust in children, given their stronger immune systems. 2021-11-08 Why Did ‘Important, Unsettling’ Book on COVID Origins Encounter So Much Censorship? In an interview, the authors of “The Origin of the Virus: The Hidden Truths Behind the Microbe That Killed Millions of People,” detailed the reasons fellow scientists and publishers offered for not supporting their book. One reason? Fear of jeopardizing future funding from the National Institutes of Health.
Combining investigative journalism with scientific analysis made accessible to the layperson, this book argues that a “crime against global health” has been committed by certain entities and individuals, starting with the Chinese government and including scientists and institutions in the West.
The culprits include:
- Shi Zhengli, the “batwoman” who led gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) that made bat viruses more infectious and virulent to humans, and who was under the yoke of the ever-present Chinese People’s Liberation Army medical staff, who, the book claims, have long been the supervisors of her labs
- The U.S. scientists and institutions that collaborated with the WIV researchers
- Peter Daszak, the “batman” who via his nonprofit, the EcoHealth Alliance, funnelled millions of dollars of US taxpayer money into funding the dangerous research at the WIV, and who manipulated scientists into publicly denying the lab origin theory even though they privately believed it to be plausible.
- Francis Collins, director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. These institutes gave the taxpayer dollars to EcoHealth to give to the WIV.
- The World Health Organization, which embarrassed itself by arranging a “farcical” investigation into the virus’s origins, with none other than Daszak on its team. The team studiously avoided looking at any evidence that could lead to the conclusion there had been a lab escape and then, unsurprisingly, claimed that there was no evidence of one.
- The scientific journals which, hobbled by their fear of upsetting their major sponsor, China, refused to publish any paper that cast doubt on the zoonosis theory or supported the lab origin theory. Scientists that have fallen victim to this unwritten policy include the two co-authors of the book, Dalgleish and Quay.

Kennedy, Jr., who wrote the foreword, today sued Warren, alleging she violated the First Amendment by pressuring Amazon to stop selling the book.
- In early September 2021, U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren sent a letter to Andy Jassy, chief executive officer of Amazon.com, demanding an “immediate review” of Amazon’s algorithms to weed out books peddling “COVID misinformation,” stressing that Amazon’s sale of such books was “potentially unlawful.”
- Warren specifically singled out my book, “The Truth About COVID-19,” co-written with Ronnie Cummins, founder and director of the Organic Consumers Association (OCA), as a prime example of “highly-ranked and favorably-tagged books based on falsehoods about COVID-19 vaccines and cures” that she wants banned.
- As a government official, it is illegal for Warren to violate the U.S. Constitution, and pressuring private businesses to do it for her is not a legal workaround.
- Cummins and I, along with our publisher, Chelsea Green Publishing, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who wrote our foreword, are now suing Warren, both in her official and personal capacities, for violating our First Amendment rights and scaring book sellers into pulling and/or suppressing sales of our book.
- Ironically, Warren’s claims of misinformation are themselves misinformation that puts lives at risk.

2021-11-08 Minnesota Tops 500K Boosters as COVID Breakthrough Infections Rise More than a half-million booster doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Minnesota to counter the latest Delta wave of the pandemic and waning immunity among people who received shots months ago The Minnesota Department of Health in the past week identified another 7,821 breakthrough coronavirus infections among more than 3.2 million fully vaccinated people in the state, including another 111 people who died of COVID-19 despite their immunizations. The state’s breakthrough total as of Monday reached 64,844 infections — more than 2% of the fully vaccinated population — and 483 COVID-19 deaths.

2021-11-08 Gov. Newsom Injured by Moderna Booster Shot, Source Tells The Defender A source close to California Gov. Gavin Newsom today told The Defender the governor experienced an adverse reaction to the Moderna COVID vaccine he received Oct. 27, the last day he was seen in public.
The source, who asked not to be identified, said Newsom’s symptoms were similar to those associated with Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS), a known side effect of many vaccines. GBS is a neurological disorder in which the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks part of its peripheral nervous system — the network of nerves located outside of the brain and spinal cord — and can range from a very mild case with brief weakness to paralysis to leaving the person unable to breathe independently. The governor has not been seen in public since he was photographed Oct. 27 getting his COVID booster.
On Oct. 29, Newsom’s office issued a statement referring to unspecified “family obligations” as the reason the governor canceled his scheduled appearances, including his planned meetings at the global COP 26 climate conference in Glasgow, Scotland. A local ABC News outlet reported that when “the surprising announcement was made,” a spokesperson said Newsom planned to participate virtually in the climate conference. However, Newsom’s name was removed from the schedule and he did not participate.
Commenting on the situation, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman of Children’s Health Defense, today said he “prays for Newsom’s family” and wishes him a quick recovery. Kennedy added:
“However, if it’s true the governor has suffered debilitating neurological injuries following vaccination, it raises grave ethical questions about his seemingly dishonest efforts to conceal his injuries while implementing aggressive policies to force the children and working people of California to endure similar risks.”
Newsom has been an outspoken advocate of COVID vaccines and mandates. On Oct. 1, he announced California’s schoolchildren will be required to get the COVID vaccine once it is fully approved by the FDA. It’s the first such mandate in the country.

2021-11-07 A Prominent Virologist Warns COVID Pill Could Unleash Dangerous Mutants. Others See Little Cause for Alarm The first oral antiviral for treating COVID-19, Merck & Co.’s molnupiravir, received approval from the U.K. Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency on Nov. 4. But the approval, for people at high risk of severe disease, comes as a prominent virologist has suggested using molnupiravir could do far more harm than good, potentially unleashing new, deadlier variants of SARS-CoV-2.
Molnupiravir works by interfering with viral replication, littering the viral genome with mutations until the virus can no longer reproduce. The drug’s ability to mutate RNA has raised persistent fears that it could induce mutations in a patient’s own genetic material, possibly causing cancer or birth defects; studies so far have not borne out those fears.
