2021-08-31 CDC Endorses FDA Approval of Pfizer COVID Vaccine for 16 and Older, Amid Questions About Missing Data and Which Vaccine Is Actually Approved CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices’ (ACIP) recommendation for use of the Pfizer-BioNTech’s licensed vaccine for people 16 and older.  “This recommendation follows FDA’s decision to fully approve Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.”

The CDC statement made no mention of the Comirnaty brand but referred to Pfizer-BioNTech’s “licensed” vaccine — even though the FDA approval was limited specifically to the drugmaker’s Comirnaty vaccine.   The FDA said the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine under the EUA should remain unlicensed but can be used “interchangeably” (page 2, footnote 8) with the newly licensed Comirnaty product.

2021-08-31 Vaccine Passports: Your Ticket to a New Social Control System?   The plan is to collect and link as much personal information as possible, and there’s no reason to think this data won’t be shared for control, social engineering and profit — that’s what Google, Facebook and other platforms have done for years.

This is risky territory, considering we’re already hearing calls to exclude unvaccinated individuals from society in any number of ways. For example, politicians, government officials, health authorities, media personalities and common folk have suggested making life untenable for the unvaccinated.    The way we’re going, it’s not hard to imagine a near future in which unvaccinated people aren’t allowed to hold a job, get an education, travel or even have access to basic financial services. 2021-08-31 WATCH: Russell Brand Talks Jeffrey Epstein, Bill Gates + Philanthropy as a ‘Shield for Corruption’  Brand highlights a “CBS This Morning” interview with Miami Herald investigative journalist Julie Brown, who broke the story on Epstein when the mainstream refused to touch it.   Brown, widely known as the woman who took down Epstein, authored “Perversion of Justice,” a book that “recounts her uncompromising and risky investigation of Epstein’s underage sex trafficking operation, and the explosive reporting for the Miami Herald that finally brought him to justice while exposing the powerful people and broken system that protected him.”

2021-08-31 Pfizer’s COVID Shot Granted Full Approval

• August 23, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted full approval to the COVID-19 mRNA injection developed by Pfizer/BioNTech, sold under the brand name Comirnaty, for use in people aged 16 and older
• Normally, the FDA will hold a formal hearing and allow for public and expert input before a drug is moved from emergency use authorization to full approval but, in this instance, no such hearing was held
• The notion that a “vaccine” that has killed more people in nine months than all other vaccines combined in three decades is considered safe stretches beyond the bounds of credulity and further undermines public trust in the FDA
• The approval is based on six months’ worth of data from 44,047 people aged 16 and older. Half of them got the shots and half initially received a placebo. However, in early December 2020, Pfizer unblinded the control group and 93% of controls opted to get the real injection. This means we’ve had no control group since December 2020 and have nothing to compare the treatment group against
• The FDA’s prescribing information for Comirnaty includes the risk of myocarditis and pericarditis, two types of heart inflammation that typically develop within seven days after the second injection

2021-08-31 Two top vaccine regulators to leave U.S. FDA    A new investigative documentary by the U.K.’s Channel 4 detailed some of the strongest evidence to date that the COVID19 pandemic may have started from a lab leak in Wuhan, China.     

The documentary clarified one other point: Anthony Fauci lied before Congress and the American public when he claimed during a congressional hearing that he has not funded gain-of-function research conducted by the Wuhan Institute of Virology. But President Biden has campaigned on honesty and decency. 2021-08-31 Are Off-Label Prescriptions a Backdoor to Giving Kids COVID Vaccines?   The Food and Drug Administration’s decision to give full approval to the Pfizer COVID vaccine was only a few hours old last week when groups on Facebook lit up with questions. The move changed the vaccine’s availability in the marketplace, triggered business and military vaccine mandates, and may have altered its acceptability to vaccine-hesitant people.

Parents weren’t the only ones talking. Online circles of physicians and scientists fired up just as fast, arguing the ethics of administering the vaccine outside the bounds of the approval—through a process called “off-label” prescribing—versus waiting for data and for the FDA to rule. Off-label use, or prescribing a drug for a purpose or in a population not studied during its approval process, is legal to do, and it is especially common in pediatric medicine, since many older drugs still on the market were never studied in children.

But that was only for people 16 years old and up. For teens 12 to 15, the FDA left the Pfizer formula under emergency authorization. For children younger than 12, it kept the vaccine entirely off-limits until the conclusion of kids’ clinical trials, which are now due sometime in late fall. 2021-08-31 90 School Bus Drivers Who Don’t Want Vaccines Quit, CPS Offering $1,000 to Students Without Rides   Chicago’s new COVID-19 vaccine requirement has prompted a lot of school bus drivers to quit.   Chicago Public Schools said Sunday that 90 bus drivers quit between August 23-27.  About 70 of those drivers quit on the same day.   “According to the bus companies, the rush of resignations was likely driven by the vaccination requirements,” the school district said. Like many districts across the country, CPS had anticipated a shortage of bus drivers before the city announced vaccination requirements. They had planned to work around the shortage by scheduling earlier pickups. But the loss of another 10% of drivers has left 2,100 students without a ride.   The district’s answer? 2021-08-31 San Antonio Zoo Giving Lions, Tigers and Monkeys COVID-19 Vaccine   The San Antonio Zoo announced Monday it is scheduled to receive its first shipment of a COVID-19 vaccine distributed by the veterinary pharmaceutical company Zoetis. The drug has been authorized by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. 2021-08-30 Israel Doubles Down on Booster Shots as Daily COVID Cases Set New Record   Israeli lawmakers are keen to avoid another lockdown after overseeing one of the world’s fastest vaccination drives. New daily coronavirus infections, however, have just climbed to record levels.

While many nations were grappling with the rapid spread of the highly transmissible delta variant, COVID-19 transmission in Israel declined sharply as the country vaccinated more than half of its population in around two months. 2021-08-30 Vaccine Refusers Don’t Get to Dictate Terms Anymore   For months, institutions and companies have been drafting plans to aggressively promote vaccination or require it outright, and last week the FDA gave them license to click the “send” button. The same day the agency granted full approval to the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, New York City’s public school system announced that its teachers and other employees will be required to get shots.

The next day, Louisiana State University made a similar demand of its students and faculty. Within about 24 hours of the FDA move, other major employers, such as Chevron and Goldman Sachs, rolled out new vaccine mandates. In a novel twist, Delta Air Lines announced that it would impose a $200-a-month health-insurance surcharge on unvaccinated employees. 2021-08-30 Three Professors Among Group Opposing Vaccine Mandate at the University of Waterloo   At least three professors are among a small group of university staff and students who are calling on the University of Waterloo to revoke their vaccine mandate.

In a letter, 32 people say they are categorically in disagreement with the university’s position on vaccine requirement which says staff and students must show proof of immunization before coming to campus.

2021-08-30 Here’s Why No One Can Force You to Take Pfizer’s Newly ‘Approved’ Comirnaty Vaccine    According to the FDA, although Pfizer’s Comirnaty vaccine is now approved, considerable amounts of the vaccine will remain under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).  [MEK Note: EUA Vaccines are being administered in mandated vaccine policies. This is a crime! Pfizer hjas no immunity for newly licesed Comirnaty vaccine, so they will unload unlincesed vaccine first.in place of Comirnaty.]

“The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness.”

We also know these two facts about EUA products:   EUA vaccines are designated as experimental or investigational products under U.S. law. As such, they cannot be mandated. You have the right to refuse, without suffering consequences.

EUA vaccines have a huge liability shield that protects everyone involved with the product from being sued. If you are injured by an EUA vaccine, the only way to obtain compensation for damages is to apply to the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), which might cover unpaid medical expenses and lost wages only. • As of August 15, 2021, 68% of COVID patients admitted to hospital in the U.K. who were over the age of 50 had received one or two doses of COVID injections. By mid-August, 59% of serious cases in Israel were also among those who had received two COVID injections, mirroring U.K. data
• Only in the 50 and younger category were a majority, 74%, of British COVID patients unvaccinated. Those claiming we’re in a pandemic of the unvaccinated fail to differentiate between age groups
• The same applies to COVID deaths in the U.K. Unvaccinated make up the majority of deaths only in the under-50 age group. In the over-50 group, the clear majority, 70%, are either partially or fully “vaccinated”
• We cannot rely on U.S. data to get a clear idea of how the COVID shots are working, as the CDC has chosen to only track breakthrough cases that result in hospitalization and/or death

2021-08-30 Colorado Mandates COVID Vaccines for Health Care Workers at Thousands of Facilities  Colorado health care workers at about 3,800 licensed facilities across the state must be vaccinated against COVID-19 by the end of October, the state Board of Health voted in an emergency session Monday evening.

The new vaccine mandate applies to staff and contractors who interact with patients or clients in assisted living homes, nursing homes, hospitals, hospices, community clinics and a variety of other health care settings that are regulated by the board. The mandate does not apply to individual practitioners, doctors’ offices or urgent care centers.

2021-08-30 CHD, Student File Restraining Order Against Rutgers After University Blocks Remote Student’s Account for Failing to Submit Proof of Vaccination        Children’s Health Defense and plaintiff Adriana Pinto today filed a motion for a temporary restraining order against Rutgers University to prevent the university from requiring Pinto, a fully remote student, to get the COVID vaccine in violation of the university’s COVID vaccine mandate policy.    

On Aug. 16, CHD along with 18 students filed a lawsuit in federal court against Rutgers, its board of governors, Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway and others over the university’s decision to mandate COVID vaccines for students attending school in the fall.

2021-08-30 Medical Boards Hunting Down Doctors Over Mask Mandates Dr. Jeremy Henrichs, a member of the Mahomet-Seymour school board and a physician for the University of Illinois Athletic Department, was targeted by state investigators due to his opposition to mandatory masks. An attorney for Henrichs questioned whether the investigation had legal standing and suggested it was an attempt to “coerce or intimidate a public official in the performance of his public duties” The IDFPR investigation has since been called a “frightening abuse of power” by state Sen. To the contrary, we face personal risk in relation to our employment for doing so and / or the risk of being personally ‘smeared’ by those who inevitably will not like us speaking out.”

The evidence of disastrous effects of lockdowns on the physical and mental health of the population is there for all to see. The harms are massive, widespread, and long lasting. In particular, the psychological impact on a generation of developing children could be lifelong. It is for this reason that lockdown policies were never part of any pandemic preparedness plans prior to 2020. In fact, they were expressly not recommended in WHO documents, even for severe respiratory viral pathogens.

Care home residents comprised around half of all deaths, despite making up less than 1% of the population. Hospital infections are the major driver of transmission rates as was the case for both SARS1 and MERS.

Transmission was associated with hospital contact in up to 40% of cases in the first wave in Spring 2020 and in 64% in winter 2020/2021.

Severe illness among healthy people below 70 years old did occur (as seen with flu pandemics) but was extremely rare.

Despite this, no early, aggressive and targeted measures were taken to protect care homes; to the contrary, patients were discharged without testing to homes where staff had inadequate PPE, training and information. Many unnecessary deaths were caused as a result.

Policy appears to have been directed at systematic exaggeration of the number of deaths which can be attributed to COVID. Testing was designed to find every possible ‘case’ rather than focusing on clinically diagnosed infections and the resulting exaggerated case numbers fed through to the death data with large numbers of people dying ‘with COVID’ and not ‘of COVID’ where the disease was the underlying cause of death. Moreover, in headlines reporting the number of deaths, a categorisation by age was not included. The average age of a COVID-labelled death is 81 for men and 84 for women, higher than the average life expectancy when these people were born.

The media and government rhetoric is now moving onto the idea that “Long Covid” is going to cause major morbidity in all age groups including children, without having a discussion of the normality of postviral fatigue which lasts upwards of 6 months. This adds to the public fear of the disease, encouraging vaccination amongst those who are highly unlikely to suffer any adverse effects from COVID.

The harm caused by COVID and our response to it should have meant that advances in prophylaxis and therapeutics for COVID were embraced. However, evidence on successful treatments has been ignored or even actively suppressed. It is totally unacceptable that doctors who have attempted to merely open discussion about the potential benefits of early treatments for COVID have been heavily and inexplicably censored. Knowing that early treatments which could reduce the risk of requiring hospitalisation might be available would alter the entire view and therefore the risk / benefit ratio for vaccination, especially in younger groups.

Propagation of a deliberate fear narrative (confirmed through publicly accessible government documentation) has been disproportionate, harmful and counterproductive.

Asymptomatic spread has never been a major driver of a respiratory disease pandemic.  Never before have we perverted the centuries-old practice of isolating the ill by instead isolating the healthy. Repeated mandates to healthy, asymptomatic people to self-isolate, especially school children, serves no useful purpose and has only contributed to the widespread harms of such policies.

Repeated testing of children to find asymptomatic cases who are unlikely to spread virus, and treating them like some sort of biohazard is harmful, serves no public health purpose and must stop. Lockdowns are in fact a far greater contributor to child health problems, with record levels of mental illness and soaring levels of non-COVID infections being seen, which some experts consider to be a result of distancing resulting in deconditioning of the immune system.

Moreover, a number of principles of good medical practice and previously unimpeachable ethical standards have been breached in relation to the vaccination campaign, meaning that in most cases, whether the consent obtained can be truly regarded as “fully informed” must be in serious doubt:

• The use of coercion supported by an unprecedented media campaign to persuade the public to be vaccinated, including threats of discrimination, either supported by the law or encouraged socially, for example in co-operation with social media platforms and dating apps.
• The omission of information permitting individuals to make a fully informed choice, especially in relation to the experimental nature of the vaccine agents, extremely low background COVID risk for most people, known occurrence of short-term side-effects and unknown long-term effect

Throughout the pandemic, decisions seem to have been taken utilising unvalidated models produced by groups who have what can only be described as a woeful track record. Cole, who reviews the lab tests of about 30,000 patients a year at his independent lab in Boise, Idaho, said he uses a multi-drug approach when treating patients for COVID.

Some of the drugs he’s found effective include ivermectin — an antiparasitic drug proven beneficial for treating SARS-CoV-2 — hydroxychloroquine, steroids, and the cholesterol drug fenofibrate and fluvoxamine for patients with neural symptoms. Monoclonal antibodies are a good treatment, too, said Cole. “Test and treat early,” said Cole. “Not treating early is doing harm. It’s a sin of omission by not treating.”

2021-08-27 COVID Vaccine Injury Reports Jump by 27,000 in One Week, FDA Pulls ‘Bait and Switch’ With Pfizer Vaccine Approval VAERS data released Friday by the CDC showed a total of 623,343 reports of adverse events from all age groups following COVID vaccines, including 13,627 deaths and 84,466 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020 and Aug. 20, 2021. The data come directly from reports submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S.

This week’s U.S. data for 12- to 17-year-olds show: 17,518 total adverse events, including 1,047 rated as serious and 18 reported deaths. Two of the 18 deaths were suicides. An award-winning BBC radio host died as a result of complications from her first dose of AstraZeneca’s COVID vaccine, coroner Karen Dilks concluded.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Aug. 23 granted full approval to Pfizer’s “Comirnaty” COVID vaccine for people 16 years and older — without allowing public discussion or holding a formal advisory committee meeting to discuss data. According to The Washington Post, Pfizer’s vaccine approval was the fastest in the agency’s history, coming less than four months after Pfizer/BioNTech filed for licensing on May 7.

FDA said it did not believe a meeting was necessary ahead of the expected full FDA approval. Kim Witczak, a drug safety advocate who serves as a consumer representative on the FDA’s Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee, said it’s concerning that full approval is based on only six months’ worth of data — despite clinical trials designed for two years — and there’s no control group after Pfizer offered the product to placebo participants before the trials were completed.

Kennedy and Nass, who accused the FDA of pulling a “bait and switch” on the public, said the FDA acknowledged that while Pfizer has “insufficient stocks” of the newly licensed Comirnaty vaccine available, there is “a significant amount” of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine — produced under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) — still available for use.

The FDA decreed that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine under the EUA should remain unlicensed — but that it can be used “interchangeably” (page 2, footnote 8) with the newly licensed Comirnaty product.

Second, the FDA said the licensed Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine and the existing EUA Pfizer vaccine are “legally distinct,” but said their differences do not “impact safety or effectiveness.”

Kennedy and Nass said EUA products are experimental under U.S. law. Both the Nuremberg Code and federal regulations provide that no one can force a human being to participate in this experiment. Why the FDA didn’t grant full licensure for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that is already in use and available in the U.S., and how the agency will ensure that those being vaccinated under mandates will receive the FDA-approved version.

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), first discovered in 1956, has since been recognized as one of the most common causes of childhood cold-like illness. What we know from the research on RSV:

• Chimpanzee Coryza Virus (CCV) was first identified in 1955 in a group of monkeys used for polio research at Walter Reed Army Research Institute in Silver Springs, Maryland.
• The caretaker for the monkeys also developed CCV in early 1956, and the virus spread from the caretaker to several of his bunk mates at the institute located in Silver Springs.
• One year later, in 1957, a new virus was found in infants in Baltimore. That virus, identical to CCV, was renamed Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV).
• Five years later, RSV virus was responsible for the majority of severe respiratory infections in infants and young children across the globe.

In short, the introduction of RSV from monkeys used for the development of polio vaccine in the 1950s resulted in the creation of a new respiratory disease that the World Health Organization (WHO) now estimates results in more than 3 million hospitalizations and nearly 60,000 deaths in children under 5 years of age every year.

2021-08-26 New York Union Members Protest Medical Mandates Violating ‘Fundamental Rights’ “This isn’t even about vaccination, it’s about fundamental rights,” said New York teacher, founder of Teachers for Choice and protest organizer, Michael Kane. Kane announced Wednesday he is leaving the United Federation of Teachers because the union won’t back teachers who are opposed to the mandates.

A CNN report says worker shortages mean employer vaccine mandates are not likely to be the answer to raising the nation’s vaccination rate. A survey found 50% of unvaccinated workers would quit their jobs if their employer required the COVID shot. “As these mandates fall into place, we’re going to see huge dislocations in all kinds of markets,” said Mary.

A USA Today report says religious appeals and faith-based interventions are effective at persuading people to get vaccinated against COVID. Among Americans who are vaccinated and regularly attend religious services, about one-third report that faith-based interventions made them more likely to get the shot.

Pope Francis is urging people to get vaccinated against COVID, calling it “an act of love.” Mary asked, “Have they met someone who is vaccine-injured? Have they met someone in their congregations who died from the vaccine?”

An Alabama doctor announced he will no longer see patients who are not vaccinated against COVID. Just 36% of the state’s population is fully vaccinated against COVID. “You do need to think through, if you need medical help, where will you turn?” asked Mary. “It’s going to get more challenging.”

The University of Washington Medical Center denied organ transplants to patients who refuse a COVID vaccine. A 64-year-old patient was yanked from the waitlist for a heart transplant after he refused the jab. He was on the list for two-and-a-half years.

2021-08-24   2 Things Mainstream Media Didn’t Tell You About FDA’s Approval of Pfizer Vaccine Buried in the fine print of Monday’s approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration of the Pfizer Comirnaty COVID vaccine are two critical facts that affect whether the vaccine can be mandated, and whether Pfizer can be held liable for injuries.

The press reported that vaccine mandates are now legal for military, healthcare workers, college students and employees in many industries. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has now required the vaccine for all teachers and school staff. The Pentagon is proceeding with its mandate for all military service members.

First, the FDA acknowledges that while Pfizer has “insufficient stocks” of the newly licensed Comirnaty vaccine available, there is “a significant amount” of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine — produced under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) — still available for use.

The FDA decrees that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine under the EUA should remain unlicensed but can be used “interchangeably” (page 2, footnote 8) with the newly licensed Comirnaty product.

Second, the FDA pointed out that the licensed Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine and the existing, EUA Pfizer vaccine are “legally distinct,” but proclaims that their differences do not “impact safety or effectiveness.”

There is a huge real-world difference between products approved under EUA compared with those the FDA has fully licensed.

EUA products are experimental under U.S. law. Both the Nuremberg Code and federal regulations provide that no one can force a human being to participate in this experiment. Under 21 U.S. Code Sec.360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III), “authorization for medical products for use in emergencies,” it is unlawful to deny someone a job or an education because they refuse to be an experimental subject. Instead, potential recipients have an absolute right to refuse EUA vaccines.

U.S. laws, however, permit employers and schools to require students and workers to take licensed vaccines.

At least for the moment, the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine has no liability shield. Vials of the branded product, which say “Comirnaty” on the label, are subject to the same product liability laws as other U.S. products. But licensed adult vaccines, including the new Comirnaty, do not enjoy any liability shield. Just as with Ford’s exploding Pinto, or Monsanto’s herbicide Roundup, people injured by the Comirnaty vaccine could potentially sue for damages. And because adults injured by the vaccine will be able to show that the manufacturer knew of the problems with the product, jury awards could be astronomical.

Pfizer is therefore unlikely to allow any American to take a Comirnaty vaccine until it can somehow arrange immunity for this product.

Given this background, the FDA’s acknowledgement in its approval letter that there are insufficient stocks of the licensed Comirnaty, but an abundant supply of the EUA Pfizer BioNTech jab, exposes the “approval” as a cynical scheme to encourage businesses and schools to impose illegal jab mandates.

According to the most recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there were 9,716 breakthrough cases resulting in hospitalization or death as of Aug. 16. On May 1, the CDC made a decision to stop tracking all breakthrough cases and instead only track cases in the fully vaccinated that resulted in hospitalization or death.

That leaves public health officials without the full data that can answer questions as the new Delta variant spreads. 2021-08-24 New Evidence Points to Antibodies as Reliable Indicator of Vaccine Protection The study was what many interested in the future of COVID-19 vaccines had been eagerly awaiting the results.

The researchers were looking for markers in vaccinated patients’ blood that would indicate protection against COVID-19, what’s known as “correlates of immunity.” What the team of scientists found were neutralizing antibodies — proteins made by the immune system that are known to disarm the coronavirus.

“The antibody levels] were always lower in the vaccinated people who became a COVID case compared to people who remained free of COVID,” Gilbert says.

The results show that antibody levels can be predictive of immunity, which should help develop and test new vaccines at a much faster pace. It’s even possible that COVID-19 vaccine-makers may not need to conduct trials with huge numbers of people to see how many get sick after getting vaccinated. Instead, researchers could simply draw blood and look for antibody levels that correlate with protection.

2021-08-23 University of Virginia Disenrolls Unvaccinated Students Ahead of Fall Semester Forty-nine students who registered for fall classes at the University of Virginia have been disenrolled after failing to meet the school’s vaccine mandate, officials said last week.

More than 96 percent of U-Va. students are vaccinated against the coronavirus and 335 students with religious and medical exemptions have been granted permanent waivers, officials said. 2021-08-23 The FDA Reveals the New Name for the Pfizer COVID Vaccine According to the FDA, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine will be marketed as Comirnaty — pronounced “koe-mir’-na-tee.”  The vaccine will be marketed as a vaccine to protect against COVID-19 disease for those 16 years old and up.  Anyone from 12 to 15 years old can get the vaccine under emergency use approval, but it has not been fully approved for those age groups..

Per the FDA, Comirnaty contains mRNA genetic material, which “is used by the body to make a mimic of one of the proteins in the virus that causes COVID-19.”

• “The result of a person receiving this vaccine is that their immune system will ultimately react defensively to the virus that causes COVID-19,” according to the FDA.

It was more difficult this time, even though the leaders of the world’s most populous nation used the same playbook they followed to quell more than 30 previous flare-ups. The arrival of the more infectious delta variant has raised the stakes, as the pathogen refines its ability to escape curbs and flout vaccination. It’s unclear how long the victory will last.

The UK government just reported the following data, tucked away in their report on variants of concern: Less than a third of delta variant deaths are in the unvaccinated. Let me say that another way – two-thirds of Delta deaths in the UK are in the jabbed. To be specific: From the 1st of February to the 2nd of August, the UK recorded 742 Delta deaths (yes, the dreaded Delta has not taken that much life). That lesson, in the words of Harvard medical historian David Jones, is that “when it comes to vaccines and immunization … there always has been a risk and there always will be a risk.”

Sixty-five years ago, families learned about the risks of medical experimentation the hard way when they allowed researchers to use their infants as test subjects for a vaccine against a newly discovered illness dubbed “respiratory syncytial virus” (RSV), a common-cold-like illness now considered to affect “virtually all children,” mostly uneventfully, by age two. he disastrous RSV vaccine led to the death of two infants and to hospitalization for the majority of other young clinical trial participants.

Since that time, vexed researchers have continued to deploy “trial-and-error approaches.” But they admit the “road to an effective RSV vaccine is paved with challenges,” in large part because of the tricky problem of “vaccine-associated disease exacerbation” — a problem that has also plagued coronavirus vaccines.

The gist of the “exacerbation” issue, also called antibody-dependent enhancement or pathogenic priming, is that the vaccine “primes” recipients to later develop more severe disease instead of protecting them.

The foundational ethical standards underpinning research on human subjects demand special attention to vulnerable populations, including fetuses, neonates, pregnant women and the institutionalized elderly. Yet these are precisely the populations that RSV studies have targeted — all flops, with none leading to a licensed vaccine and a bare minimum of disclosure about safety.

Shocked by the scale and severity of COVID vaccine injuries in their adolescents, some parents are pushing back against the “one in a million” narrative, reminding the world that there is no accountability or liability for injuries caused by any experimental or licensed vaccine.

2021-08-17 Actress Sally Kirkland After Moderna Vaccine: In My 79 Years, I’ve Never Experienced This Level of Pain    Immediately after her second Moderna shot, award-winning actress Sally Kirkland knew something was wrong — five months later, she remains in almost constant pain.  

Sally Kirkland has been acting since she was 17, and has appeared in more than 250 movies. 2021-08-16 How CDC Manipulated Data to Create ‘Pandemic of the Unvaxxed’ Narrative  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the unvaccinated make up 95% to 99% of COVID hospitalizations.

As it turns out, to achieve those statistics, the CDC included hospitalization and mortality data from January through June 2021. It does not include more recent data or data related to the Delta variant, which is now the most prevalent strain in circulation. The problem is, the vast majority of the U.S.population was unvaccinated during that timeframe.

By Jan. 1, only 0.5% of the U.S. population had received a COVID shot. By mid-April, an estimated 31% had received one or more shots, and as of June 15, 48.7% were fully “vaccinated.” Keep in mind that you’re not “fully vaccinated” until two weeks after your second dose (in the case of Pfizer or Moderna), which is given up to six weeks after your first shot. This is according to the CDC.

So, those receiving an initial dose in June, for example, won’t be “fully vaccinated” until eight weeks later, sometime in July or August.

2020-08-15 COVID-19 Coronavirus “Fake” Pandemic: Timeline and Analysis    On January 30th 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) in relation to China’s novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) categorized  as a viral pneumonia.  The virus outbreak was centered in  Wuhan, a city in Eastern China with a population in excess of 11 million.

In the week prior to January 30th decision, the WHO Emergency Committee “expressed divergent views”. There were visible divisions within the Committee. On January 30th, a far-reaching decision was taken without the support of expert opinion at a time when the coronavirus outbreak was limited to Mainland China. 

The WHO did not act to reassure and inform World public opinion. Quite the opposite: A “Fear Pandemic” rather than a genuine Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC)  was launched.   Outright panic and uncertainty were sustained through a carefully designed media disinformation campaign.

What is at stake is the alliance of “Big Pharma” and “Big Money”, with the endorsement of the Trump Administration. The decision to launch a fake pandemic under the helm of the WHO on January 30, was taken a week earlier at the Davos World Economic Forum (WEF). The media operation was there to spread outright panic.

But this was not the first time that the WHO decided to act in this way.  Remember the unusual circumstances surrounding the April 2009 H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic.  An atmosphere of fear and intimidation prevailed. 2021-08-13 In the West, a Connection Between Covid and Wildfires    Researchers at Harvard University estimated that there were nearly 20,000 extra coronavirus infections and 750 Covid-19 deaths associated with exposure to wildfire smoke between March and December 2020 in the American West. The paper was published Friday in the journal Science Advances.  

Exposure to smoke, whether from air pollution or cigarette smoke, is believed to impair the function of white blood cells in the lungs, blunting the body’s immune response. The chemicals in particulate matter can also inflame cells lining the airways and lungs. 2021-08-11 CDC: PCR Covid-19 ‘Gold Standard’ Test to Be Discontinued, Replaced With Equally Flawed Testing    The Covid-19 testing program is an unmitigated disaster with severe flaws documented by government public health organization’s own data.   RT PCR tests are a research, not a diagnostic tool, and inherently unable to diagnosis Sars CoV2.  

The issue of high cycle threshold rate and error had been publicly exposed to be resulting in majority false positives  Sars CoV2 PCR tests since the summer of 2020.  The agency did not change the CT setting to correct for error and timed the change to provide CT number in lab reports on the EXACT SAME DAY as the first Covid-19 vaccine emergency approval was given.   The change to provide data to care providers to (partially) correct for a error creating up to 90% false positive test results would obviously result in decreased case infections reports of Sars CoV2 infection (Covid-19 ‘cases). 2021-08-11 Governor Newsom’s ‘State of Emergency’ Challenged in California Supreme Court    In a petition filed Tuesday in the California Supreme Court, the Orange County Board of Education and Children’s Health Defense asked the court to declare an immediate end to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s state of emergency, arguing Newsom himself last week said the emergency was over.    “This petition is not about masks, vaccines or any other specific policy issue,” said Scott J. Street, attorney for the Orange County Board of Education.

2021-08-11 CDC Tells Pregnant Women to Get COVID Shot After Study Shows No Increased Miscarriage Risk   New safety data on 2,500 women showed no increased risks of miscarriage for those who received at least one dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine before 20 weeks of pregnancy. The analysis found the miscarriage rate to be around 13 percent, within the normal range.

Expectant women who are unvaccinated run a higher risk of severe illness and pregnancy complications from the virus, but only about 23 percent have received at least one dose, according to CDC data.

Rates of severe outcomes (e.g. hospitalization, mortality) from COVID among children and adolescents are low. In children hospitalized or admitted to the ICU, underlying medical conditions are commonly reported.  Journal Hospital Pediatrics found pediatric hospitalizations for COVID were overcounted by at least 40%, carrying potential implications for nationwide figures used to justify vaccinating children.  Some physicians and scientists oppose vaccinating children against COVID because they believe the data and science show the vaccines’ risks outweigh the benefits for that age group.

In June, a group of 40 doctors told UK drug regulators that vaccinating kids is “irresponsible, unethical and unnecessary.”  In an open letter addressed to the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, the group said no one under 18 should be vaccinated for COVID because evidence shows the virus poses almost no risk to healthy children. The authors of the letter said the risk of death from COVID in healthy children is 1 in 1.25 million.

Here’s Why I’m not Vaxxed | Opinion    Let me start by saying that I agree that the COVID-19 vaccine is an important tool in reducing the severity of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths due to COVID-19. In general, I am supportive of the availability and accessibility of safe, potentially life saving medications and preventative measures for anyone at risk of any serious illness. The more options when it comes to preventing and treating COVID-19, the better! But this does not mean that all options should necessarily be utilized by all people en masse, and this is how I arrived at my current decision to opt out of the vaccine.

The reported adverse events and risks of the authorized COVID-19 vaccines are rare, and most people don’t seem to have any serious adverse reactions. But though rare, the risks are still real. Cardiac issues, blood clotting, stroke, and autoimmune disorders are all acknowledged adverse events that can occur as a result of the COVID-19 vaccine.

A colleague of my parents reportedly died from complications of the Moderna vaccine, a friend suffered from deep vein thrombosis, and a teenage nephew of another friend now has chronic cardiac issues. These are three examples from my immediate network of family and friends, and I know many others with their own stories. And while it’s true that these are anecdotes and do not represent the majority, they are powerful nonetheless.

But what about for someone who is not at risk from COVID-19? The risk/benefit analysis for otherwise healthy, young individuals may be a different calculus.    Public health messaging has consistently portrayed the vaccines are safe and effective, and therefore everyone eligible should get vaccinated. But companies like Moderna and Pfizer are protected from lawsuits related to their COVID-19 vaccines until 2024.

The personal risk/benefit analysis still plays a role and preventing serious illness is definitely important, but getting the vaccine to protect others (and calling unvaccinated adults selfish) no longer seems to be relevant if the vaccinated can spread it, too.  

The inconsistent policies and public responses, the repeated “do as I say, not as I do” from those pushing restrictions, has led many like me to skepticism of any government issued guidance. And adding bribes, mandates, and censorship to the mix has only served to heighten that sense of mistrust. 2021-08-05 The Panic Pandemic: How Media Fearmongering Led to ‘Unprecedented’ Censorship of Scientific Research    John Tierney, a former reporter for The New York Times, looks back over the pandemic, providing a timeline of the media-induced viral panic that led to censorship and suppression of scientific research on an unprecedented scale.

2021-08-05 Phylogeographic Mapping of Newly Discovered Coronaviruses Pinpoints the Direct Progenitor of SARS-CoV-2 as Originating from Mojiang, China     Back in March, the World Health Organisation’s report on the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic coronavirus confirmed something that had long been widely presumed. Since the pandemic began, there has been an enormous virus hunt in China.   The purpose of this hunt has been to find the viruses intermediate between SARS-CoV-2 and its coronavirus relatives found in bats.

The closest known wild relative of SARS-CoV-2 was found by Zheng-li Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in a bat in central Yunnan province, China. This virus, called RaTG13, is 96.1% similar to SARS-CoV-2. This genetic difference (3.9%) corresponds to about 1150 nucleotide differences between the two viruses; i.e. it is quite a large gap. Finding intermediate viruses would solve two puzzles. One is geographical: By what means or in what host animal(s) did the virus get to Wuhan? The second is genetic: what viruses were the evolutionary intermediates between RaTG13 and SARS-CoV-2?

To this end, according to that WHO report, scientists across China have sampled and tested over 80,000 animals, including 1,100 bats just in Hubei province, of which Wuhan is the capital. Yet beyond a few tantalising discoveries, which are discussed below, the search has been unsuccessful.   The broad failure of this enormous research effort has been scantly reported by the media and sometimes its significance has been dismissed entirely.

The virus reached humans because an intermediate animal capable of amplifying the virus (presumably without sickening or dying itself) acquired the virus from bats. This intermediate animal host with its Intermediate viruses should be a species found in close proximity to humans at or near the outbreak site.

Thus, a pool of viruses very highly related (≈99.9% similar) to SARS-CoV-2 should be findable in whatever animal species it was that transmitted the virus to humans. Most likely, these intermediates will be domesticated or farmed or smuggled animals.   However, for SARS-CoV-2, no comparable pool of viruses in intermediate hosts has yet been found.

While the pandemic was still young, this absence was unremarkable. But, given the extent of sampling in China, the lack of evidence for any part of a transmission chain from bats in Yunnan to humans in Wuhan now represents a major data point against a zoonotic origin.

There is one further crucial issue. To date, both the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the EcoHealth Alliance (EHA) in New York have refused requests by Congress and others, to allow public access to their existing coronavirus samples and their viral databases. These may hold answers to all the origin questions. But if publicly-funded virologists will not share the samples they already have, and are apparently unwilling to face the conclusions public access might entail, why should anyone reward them to collect more? Indeed, how can research into the origins of COVID-19 meaningfully proceed if virologists will neither share their data nor follow where it leads when they do?

The problem is not lack of data. As this article and the creative approaches of members of DRASTIC, and others, have shown, there is plenty of valuable data waiting to be brought forth. Rather, the obstacle is simply a deep and broad fear on the part of the scientific establishment that the trail might lead to a lab leak.   The lack of outrage, or even concern, among the rank and file of the scientific community at the flagrant obstructionism of the WIV and the EHA demonstrates the extent of this fear as clearly as could be wished.

2021-08-04 F.D.A. Aims to Give Final Approval to Pfizer Vaccine by Early Next Month     Giving final approval to the Pfizer vaccine — rather than relying on the emergency authorization granted late last year by the F.D.A. — could help increase inoculation rates at a moment when the highly transmissible Delta variant of the virus is sharply driving up the number of new cases.  

A number of universities and hospitals, the Defense Department and at least one major city, San Francisco, are expected to mandate inoculation once a vaccine is fully approved. 2021-08-03 Scientist: ‘What We’re Seeing Is Virus Evolution 101’ — Delta Variant More Transmissible, Not More Deadly   As COVID — especially the Delta variant — surges among the fully vaccinated, Brian Hooker, Ph.D., said the more the variant deviates from the original sequence used for the vaccine, the less effective the vaccine will be on that variant.   The CDC’s latest breakthrough numbers, as of July 25, show 6,587 fully vaccinated people with COVID breakthrough cases. Of those, 6,239 people were hospitalized and 1,263 people died.

In May, the CDC revised its guidance for reporting breakthrough cases, stating it would count only those cases that result in hospitalization or death. Previously, the agency had included in its breakthrough count anyone who tested positive for COVID.   According to the CDC, the surveillance system for breakthrough cases is passive and relies on voluntary reporting from state health departments, which may not be complete.    In addition, some breakthrough cases will not be identified due to lack of testing. 2021-08-03 58% of Infant Deaths Reported to VAERS Occurred Within 3 Days of Vaccination, Research Shows    In a new research paper published in the journal Toxicology Reports, author Neil Z. Miller found that out of a total of 2,605 infant deaths reported to VAERS between 1990 and 2019, 58% occurred within three days of vaccination, and 78% occurred within seven days of vaccination.

SIDS is defined as the sudden and unexpected death of an infant that remains unexplained after a thorough investigation. Although there are no specific symptoms associated with SIDS, an autopsy often reveals congestion and edema of the lungs and inflammatory changes in the respiratory system.

The relationship between sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) death and the timing of vaccination, based on the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) database.

After the national immunization campaigns were initiated in the U.S. in the 1960s, for the first time in history, most U.S. infants were required to receive several doses of DPT, polio, measles, mumps and rubella vaccines.

2021-08-03 Delta Infections Threaten Herd Immunity Vaccine Strategy   “If the vaccinated can become infected and, we believe from other studies, potentially spread COVID, then herd immunity becomes more mirage than oasis,” said Andrew Noymer, an epidemiologist at the University of California at Irvine.    

Testing conducted among Massachusetts residents during an outbreak in Provincetown, a popular weekend getaway spot, from July 3 to 17 found that 75% of those infected were fully vaccinated, in a state where 69% of adults were fully vaccinated.

Among the vaccinated with breakthrough infections, the difficulty of detecting virus in the nasal passages, known as the cycle threshold value, was almost identical to that seen in the unvaccinated. This finding suggests that both groups carried equal viral loads and were equally likely to pass on their infections, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) warned.  

The results support claims that vaccinated people are playing a role in the summer surge in delta variant infections and led the CDC to reinstate its recommendation that vaccinated people wear masks indoors.     The delta variant is at least twice as contagious as the original SARS-Cov2 virus. new variants will eventually overcome existing vaccines. 

A variant bringing more severe disease with mortality like SARS-CoV (10%) or MERS-CoV (~35%) was a “realistic possibility,” as was a variant that finds an animal reservoir then returns to strike humans in an evolved, vaccine resistant form. 2021-08-02  18 Percent of Americans Say They Would Quit Their Job Over Vaccine, Mask Mandates   Employed Americans said they are most likely to quit a job immediately if faced with COVID-19 vaccination and/or mask mandates, a new Morning Consult poll reveals.   When asked to describe something their employer could do to make them submit their resignation on the spot, 18% of respondents mentioned “vaccine, mask, or testing requirements,” even without Morning Consult having mentioned COVID-19 in the prompt. 2021-08-02 CDC Study on 12- to 17-Year-Olds Who Got Pfizer Vaccine: 397 Reports of Heart Inflammation, 14 Deaths    A study released last week by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention showed 9,246 adverse events reported among adolescents aged 12 to 17, including 863 serious events, 14 deaths and 397 reports of myocarditis.  

The CDC study also included 14 reports of deaths after vaccination in teens. 2021-08-02 No Laughing Matter — Comedian Jimmy Dore Says ‘Symptoms Never Went Away’ After Second Moderna Shot    Jimmy Dore told Joe Rogan on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast that months after receiving the second dose of the Moderna COVID vaccine, he continues to suffer side effects including fevers, body aches, exhaustion and a stiff neck.

Dore also said he was attacked online and called “anti-vax” when he tweeted about his adverse reaction to the shot.  Dore said he got the COVID vaccine because he has an underlying health issue — a rare bone disease called hypophosphatemic osteomalacia — so his doctor recommended it.   No, I don’t trust the government or Big Pharma, said Dore, but I trust my doctor “who saved my life.” 

When people have a reaction to an experimental vaccine that is not FDA-approved, you’re supposed to not suppress the reactions. 2021-08-02  Vaccinated People May Play Key Role in Aiding Evolution of More Dangerous COVID Variants, Study Says    The researchers concluded three specific risk factors that favor the emergence and establishment of a vaccine-resistant strain. They are: a high probability of initial emergence of the resistant strain; high number of infected individuals; and low rate of vaccination.

However, the analysis also showed the highest risk for establishing a resistant strain occurs when a large fraction of the population has already been vaccinated but the transmission is not controlled.
