Sign petition for SB 90, the new Ballot DISCLOSE Act! In every election, Californians vote on many ballot measures that greatly affect our lives, yet voters lack key information about those measures: which groups they trust endorse or oppose each measure. SB 90, the Ballot DISCLOSE Act, authored by Senator Henry Stern and sponsored by the California Clean Money Campaign, requires the ballot label of every state ballot measure to include a short list of official supporters and official opponents so every voter sees this important info. Although this info is in the ballot pamphlet, it’s buried in about 100 pages of dense text that many voters can’t get through. SB 90 will put them on the ballot itself!
