With neither a pro- nor anti-nuclear agenda and no axes to grind, Fukushima Update aims to be a one-stop source for reliable, fact-based reporting about the Fukushima situation. In addition to occasional original reporting, the website features editorials, news stories, scientific publications and videos related to the nuclear power industry, nuclear regulation, radiation measurements, and the societal effects of the Fukushima crisis. The mission of this website is to press for greater accountability, transparency and openness from government, regulators, and media with regards to nuclear power and its attendant risks.
